Such a busy location, but they'll get your order out! The cashier was taking an online order once we walked to the register but as soon as see finish, she made sure to greet us. Simple ordering and she made sure to ask exactly what we wanted. I got the bento box which was perfect! Right amount of food and variety to get a little bit of everything. For the money, i think it's great, I wouldn't keep going back if it wasn't. I get the same thing every week. Shrimp,chicken, beef combo with white rice no veggies and side of dumplings, $20 and it's too much for 1 person, ready for pick up in 10 minutes via DoorDash, the desk help gets a little sloppy, check it's your order, don't take their word for it, and sure, 1 piece of beef might be gristly, the horror. This place is so good! It's great prices for the amount of food and the quality. I got the chicken teriyaki box for $9-10. It's a good amount of chicken and you can get it on white or fried rice. There's also a good amount of sauce. The cooked vegetables are optional. I'm glad I got them, they were cooked well. They also give you an extra sauce cup if you want to use it. This was pretty good for what it was! I love Japanese hibachi, but am partial to Kobe on Garrisonville Rd. The quickway opened up in place of the Satku that closed a little while back. We got lunch there today at work and i ordered the chicken and salmon teriyaki with veggies and white rice. One person ended up changing their mind on their order about s minute or two after it was placed and by then it was too late, they'd already made everything! (I'm sure they would have redone her order, but she was fine with what she ordered. My biggest gripe is that the chicken is chicken thighs. I'm a bigger fan of white meat chicken than dark meat, but it tasted fine, so no complaints there. The salmon was well done, which isn't how i typically order my salmon, but I'm sure it's done that way because it's not of high enough grade to prepare it less cooked, which is fine. The rice was good, i loved that the veggies mostly comprised of cabbage- i love cabbage! The ordering process was efficient, the wait was short, and even was just as we ordered it. I'm not sure how healthy it was, so i can't guarantee I'll eat there again soon, but in a pinch of i forgot my lunch at home, that will be a great option for me, going forward! read more

Though the sign outside says "Grand Opening " this has been in Stafford for about one year. It is essentially Japanese grilled fast food. The beauty of this place is that you can get a square meal for about $10. The main cook here is very friendly and interactive, it makes a difference. read more

I came in after a long day at work ready for good food. However I am allergic to a lot of things. I wanted to just simply change the roll in the bento box to something I could actually eat. As I'm trying to speak to the young lady she is being extremely rude. If you don't like your job go somewhere else. The attitude was uncalled for. Nobody likes being talked to like that in such a manor. I know what working in the food industry is like, you have bad days but you don't treat people like garbage. Ugh. Just went to try this out for the first time. Sign on door said, "Systems down, cash only." Which is fine. Went inside and almost no one was in there, save for one seated customer and a worker on break. There were two cooks in the kitchen and a gal wearing a Thrasher shirt manning the register. I stood there for a whole minute and she never once acknowledged me while she played with the work tablet. The worker on break was giving her the stink eye but never said anything. I walked out. I ordered Door dash for dinner. I choose this restaurant. I was very disappointed. The chicken hibachi dinner was mostly dark meat and the dinner was full of greasy chicken. I could not eat it. I had spring rolls and dumplings with my order. They had minimal flavor. read more

I walk in the restaurant to pick up my food. I go to the pick up & let the woman working know the name for the order. She couldn't understand me because it was loud I assume which was fine. I pointed at MY FOOD & told her the name then I went to reach for it. She grabs MY bag & makes it to where I couldn't reach it because she didn't believe the bag was mine I assume. Even though I said the last name for the order (which doesn't show up on the receipt) she hesitated. Finally a man walked over, I told him the name & was on my way. I felt like that woman could have went a different way than she did. I felt highly disrespected & under valued as a PAYING customer! Stafford location has the worst service. They laugh when you tell them you have an allergy. The chicken is spongy and you are lucky if you get a piece of broccoli. I had zero confidence they listened to my request and couldn't eat my food when I got home. Do yourself a favor and find a better place. read more

The poke bowl was not good. For $10-$12 I would spend the extra bucks and go down the road and get better topping and more flavor. Husband tasted the beef and rice and said it was not good either. Will not be coming back. read more

The food is too good! We ordered the shrimp fried rice with vegetables. A lot of flavor and nice size portions.
