    Fried Oysters @Bulgogi Korean BBQ

I've eaten here a couple times and have had great experiences. No, the inside is not esthetically pleasing but the food is delicious. The service is timely and the staff is friendly. Korean food is one of my favorites and in Stafford, authentic food in this category is nonexistent so it's good to have Bulgogi Korean BBQ a few miles away from my home. Most recent visit I tried the Bulgogi fried rice which came with a hefty price tag of $18 and Bulgogi rolls reigning in at $13. Now, I have no issue paying for food as long as the taste fits the bill and yes it did however, they did skimp on the bulgogi, mostly rice. Also, the thinly sliced beef reminded me of "steak-ums" from back in the day. The restaurant is tucked away in a small plaza behind an auto repair shop and should definitely be a place to stop!

I was with a co-worker who's from out-of-town and he wanted Korean, so I Googled and found this place. I do recall reading great reviews about them in the past, but never tried it until this visit. The guy working there was helpful. The dining room needs help, but we were there for the food. We each got the bibimbap, which is something I've never tried before. It was fresh and very tasty. The cucumbers that came with it were amazing and fresh! The ingredients in te bibimbap were excellent! Their gochujang is very tasty and has a nice spice to it. We also got their dumplings, as they said they make them fresh there and they were really tasty! The sauce that came with them was great too! Definitely enjoyed this visit and would return!

We decided to try this place based off of previous reviews. We almost turned away because the restaurant was looking so rundown there were sheets covering their booth seats. As we were about to leave a woman said that we were going to love the food, so we stayed. for appetizers we chose Korean fried chicken wings fried squid legs and gyoza all of which though they looked delicious was bland. For our entrees my mom chose chicken Yakisoba and I had the Bulgogi. To be honest the bulgogi was the best thing I had. It saved the meal. I did order Bulgogi fried rice to try it the next day the reheat did not fair well. So if you choose Bulgogi the best and safest choice is their name sake dish!

Great customer service and presentation. Disappointed No flavor at all 18$ and the broth was weak the portion was balanced but absolutely no flavor. I did begin to dig in before snapping a pic. Unfortunately I didn't even eat it what a waste, maybe try something else besides the beef pho is a no go.

My friends never had gimbap (rice roll) so decided to find a place that served them. I came across this gem place, saw the reviews and decided to bring everyone here. This is a family restaurant and let me say the food was authentic, fresh and delicious. For someone from NYC who had access to high quality Korean food, I was impressed by the food we were served today. The staff were all attentive and helpful. They always check in to see how we were doing. The decor is simple and not very decorative. Don't let that stop you from eating here, everything is well prepared. From the banchan (small dishes) to the beef rice rolls to seafood pancake, everything was done well. There were other dishes we know we need to go back to try. I highly recommend this place. I love the food and the people, but more importantly supporting small businesses like this!

Beef bulgogi, rice (with soy sauce I added), and seaweed salad, bean sprouts, and marinated cucumbers.

I'm so glad that we have places like this in Stafford. In a sea of chain restaurants, it's great to have an independent establishment that offers great food. There are plenty of things on the menu but I can't get past the beef Bulgogi. It's so good. The portion is plentiful, so plentiful that I always take home leftovers. The Bulgogi is cooked with cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and onion, and is accompanied by rice and endless sides of whatever the chef has prepared: there is always kimchi and marinated, slightly spicy cucumbers, and usually bean sprouts, marinated radish, and one or two other items. We forego the kimchi as we don't care for it and always ask for extra cucumbers. The service can be a little bit slow due to one person waiting on tables and taking care of phone-in and takeout orders, but the food makes up for that.

Came here with a super big group a couple Fridays ago and were taken care of! I could tell our server was overwhelmed by our large group, especially since most people were ordering dishes individually. As someone who always wants to try everything, I made sure to order a whole bunch of dishes to share: budae jigae, bulgogi, galbi, and spicy pork. Every dish tasted amazing! Most of my friends had never tried Korean food before and they loved the budae jigae the most. Honestly I loved everything - how spicy the pork was, the budae jigae broth, and the banchan. Highly recommend if you're ever in the area!

Supposed to be open on Saturday by 11 but still closed at 1130 and not answering phone. No voicemail capability. Social media is outdated by several months. It is unclear if business is active or abandoned. Nearby patrons of other businesses also did not know. Very disappointed.

Little hidden gem! Very friendly employees! The service was great and quick! The food was fresh and tasted amazing! Highly recommended starting with the fried dumplings! They were fresh and had an amazing flavor! It was very clear that they had fresh oil to fry in. The bulgogi over rice was fantastic! Served hot and fresh with kimchi on the side. I would definitely dine here again!

This place was amazing! This has to be one of my favorite korean dishes. Definitely recommend!

I judge every spot against what I'm putting out at home... and a lot of places fall short -- whether it's weak seasoning, lack of smoke, or just flat-out underwhelming flavor. But Wild Waylon's BBQ? Yeah... this place is LEGIT. We went all in: pulled pork, brisket, and the big dino beef ribs -- plus mac and cheese, green beans, a bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper, and the jalapeño cornbread. Every single thing delivered. The brisket had great flavor and was cooked right, the pulled pork was juicy and well-seasoned, and those beef ribs... absolute showstopper. Big, meaty, packed with flavor, and done exactly how you'd want them. Sides were just as solid. The mac and cheese was rich and satisfying, green beans had great flavor, and that bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper + jalapeño cornbread combo? Yeah... ridiculous in the best way. And the smoke -- you can actually taste it. That alone separates them from a lot of spots. The whole experience was on point too. The big pit out front lets you know immediately they're serious about their craft, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality you're getting. This is one of the few places I've been where I walk away thinking, "yeah... they're doing it right." If you're anywhere near Fredericksburg -- or even just passing through -- this spot is absolutely worth the stop.

I had the short back ribs (which were so delish they fell off the bone), mac and cheese (warm cheesy goodness) and tried some of the baked beans (with brisket, jalapeños and saucy goodness). We also brought home some turkey, and their two kinds of brisket. Sweet baby Jesus. The wagyu brisket is buttery, melt in your mouth delish and the prime brisket is more traditional.
