Worst gas station ever. They do not have Google pay and the card insert does not work. My card got locked up. I asked the Asian couple to come out help me take a look to see if I interted the card correctly and they refused. I asked another guy and he said he had the problem too and had to purchase gas inside. I told the couple inside and the other the woman said she are angry and get out. What kind of customer service is this? This is not the first time my card got locked up and I had to pay inside. Enough is enough. Will never go there again. This used to be my go-to gas station, right on the way to work. No upgrades to pay at the pump, which means it can't accept chip cards (!), no Apple Pay, etc. You are forced to go inside, wait in line, guess how much gas you car might hold, etc. I won't be going back. read more

Woman behind the glass kept flipping me with her middle finger as I was trying to order gas. She started dancing flipping me off. With gas prices so high you'd think they would be glad for the business. Instead, she told me to go somewhere else. I'm sure her employers will be unhappy. Clean and convenient family owned gas station in the heart of MacArthur Blvd. Gas prices are always competitive with the area. They have lots of coolers stacked with ice cold drinks along with plenty of snacks. Great customer service who are willing to go the extra mile. read more

Love this little stop. On my way to work, it's convenient for cheap gas and snacks. It's nice and clean. The fountain soda machine has plenty of choices, including Diet Mountain Dew. I've eyed the hot dogs on the roller, but have yet to try them. I've had nothing but great service, though some of the customers are kinda ghetto. For the last couple of months that I've been here, they've had very good prices. i definitely would go back here. Great pit stop. The only problem is if you're trying to hop on the freeway back to sf, you've got to turn onto this one way street and cut over 3 lanes to the left, and usually it's loaded with cars. read more

Fraud. Charges two different price for the same item. The guy during the day shift charges only $6.50 for Marlboro. However, the girl during the night shift charges $8.50. When tried to reason with her, she never listens. Happened over three times. Not a very good experience. read more

Driving on vapors, I headed into this gas station without a moment to spare. The lanes are kinda cramped-in so beware if your vehicle is like an F150 or such. Luckily, my German auto slid right in and it wasn't too crowded. As I was gassing-up and looking around, one gets the odd feeling that a car will veer off the freeway and smash right into these tanks. My pump was slow and so it felt like an eternity at this corner spot. I watched someone walking pass the gas station with their pit bull on a chain-leash, with links as thick as your thumb. The gas was on the mas-cheapo side, so you'll have enough for a bucket of wings or something like that. 3-stars. read more

I am so pissed. I live in the area and have gone here for the past two years because of this station's convenient location and generally lower prices. However, the last time I filled up my tank here, my credit card identity was somehow swiped and within 24 hours I had fraudulent charges for not only gallons and gallons of gas, but also a $1300 computer. (Yes, I'm sure it happened at this gas station -- I didn't use this card for weeks before or after this purchase. It's all been dealt with since, but was a major hassle.) So I went back a few weeks later to inform the clerks of the inconveniences I have incurred as a result of security breaches on their premises. They could not have cared less. I started to tell the first clerk and he looked at me and motioned to finish my story for the lady sitting next to him. She smiled and nodded. That was it. No sorry, no nothing. Just smiling and nodding. I asked if this has ever happened before at their station (mostly just to make sure she'd understood me the first time around) and she just smiled and nodded and said, "No." Avoid this station if you don't want your credit card number stolen. read more

It's the cheapest gas around BUT the lot totally sucks and is super hard to maneuver when there are more than two other cars waiting. There are three entrances to the tiny lot and each of them have their own awkwardness. I have on many occasions driven down there to get gas and ended up driving right on by when I saw how many people were waiting. It's really not worth it if you have to battle for a spot. Your best bet is to go in the middle of the day when no one else is pumping gas :D read more

Compared to gas stations near here, this one usually has cheaper gas. But it's frustrating as hell going here at times. Sometimes it feels like your leaving the parking lot of the ball game or even worse, the club. Doing the parking lot shuffle on E, isn't fun. I'm always about to shit a brick, hoping no one clips the front of my car, trying to squeeze by the narrow space your car leaves in front of the first pump near the Harrison St. exit. Relax, trust me, the light will turn green again. This place is 24 hours, but you have to use the window after a certain hour. Oh yeah, if your using your debit card, run it as a credit, and you''ll save 40 cents. read more

Everytime I come here, they are out of coffee. This is really disappointing. Having coffee should be a staple of a quik stop. Customer service is lacking because it's rare that they'll make new coffee when they're out. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I went here because it is close to my kid's school and I wanted to fill up before I made the pick up. I NEVER go here because of the insane lines and the possibility of being trapped in the lane while others get gas. Went inside and they had a Quikstop slushy machine I had never seen. I asked if I could taste it and the cashier said yes. It was runny, watery, nasty and not slushy so I bought a soda instead with gas, When I looked at my receipt the Crazy witch Cashier SAM with the big glasses (she was very rude and had an unpleasant demeanor) charged me $0.50 because I did not buy the nasty "non-slushy". I've never heard of such a thing I literally took a 1/2 sip and an entire cup would have cost $1 just to put it in perspective. Its not the money its the lack of customer service and rudeness and the following around the store as if I'm going to shove an entire aisle into my purse and take off running.I SHOULD HAVE LEFT WITHOUT SPENDING ANY MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Black skin does not equal theft. The gas is cheap but it doesn't seem to last as long as Shell or Chevron gas so its not even really a bargain. Bottomline don't go here for gas or snacks if you have any self respect and don't enjoy asian women following you with the hurry up and buy face. read more

I hate it but its so close I have to go there. I hate that after 12 years of going their that they've only stopped carding me (i'm 37) for beer. Sometimes some of them smile at me as if they recognize me but usually not. Poor beer selection and they get really pissed if I haven't scratched of some magic square on a scratch card that makes it easier for them. very good Haagan Daz selection hence the one star that I have to give them. read more

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life (I wish there was an option to not put ANY stars). My husband and I were on vacation and stayed in a hotel a block away. We had some pizza pockets that we needed to heat up, so went to this place wanting to use their microwave to heat up our pizza pickets. We were greeted by this women who had the biggest adittude, then asked to see how many pizza pockets we had, then scoffed, rolled her eyes, and said " Ok you want to use the microwave(looking at me curiously) that'll $2.00. $2.00 just to use a microwave? I honestly have never heard of such a ridiculous price. My husband husband then went to go and look for a microwave she then yelled what sounded like a bird call, and older man came out looked at me confused and she was yelling at him and he was just looking at her like she was crazy. We then left and walked across the street to the 76 gas station where the guys let us use the microwave for free. I do not recommend this place will never recommend this place, I actually suggest you take your business the 76 across the way. Better customer service and you wouldn't have to deal with a lady who is tired, rude, angry and all around about making sure she gets money out of everyone. Save your time and money. read more

Yea the gas is cheapest around but the customer service is below horrible!!! I had a couple horrible experiences with broken credit machines and the credit card information being stolen and then the staff started yelling at me!! I stopped going there years ago and only decided to posted after my friend told me the other day that he had very similar experiences. He has since stopped going there. Pay the extra 21 cents to fill up your gas tank elsewhere and shut this place down!!! No need to continue to pay for rude, angry customer service with broken machines, cars nearly smacking into each other just to save $0.25, and credit card information stolen. read more
