Booked QuikPark online and had a great experience. The reservation process was quick and easy, and I was glad we booked ahead because the garage was full when we returned from our trip (4th july weekend). Upon arrival at LAX we saw a shuttle pull away as we walked outside and were worried about a long wait, but another bus arrived within about 5 minutes. The staff were all friendly, checkout was easy, and booking online saved us a lot compared to the $48/day rate at the garage. I HATE LAX! But, this made it a little more bearable. Cost/benefit worked out that parking made more sense than an Uber or roping someone into the terrible experience of traversing LAX as a "favor for a friend..." My only complaint is that they were so full, I had to park on top. Booked online, staff was friendly, and answered all of my questions. Shuttles come frequently, the drivers listened and remembered everyone's terminal!!! The drivers navigate the hell out of the airport traffic, efficently, decisively and safely; I am not joking. SERVICE: Never had a bad experience with Quikpark and I've used them more than 4x. Always found a spot (though I do wish they would finish numbering all the spots on the higher floors), staff were never a problem, covered parking, thankful for the shuttle access which runs often, close to LAX, glad they're always open, no issues. Note, always take a picture of your parking spot/space or floor level for reference upon your return. :) I also know they need more drivers as of 2026, but my experiences have still been good. After landing at LAX and getting my bags in 10 minutes, I travelled upstairs to the wait for a shuttle. After waiting for an hour, I decided to take an Uber to travel to Quick Park. Calling and letting them know you are there is a waste of time. They lack good customer service just like they lack the right amount of airport vans! read more

Will never use quick park again. Poorly run business. The bus took over one hour to pick us up. It was after repeated calls. They only had room for a few people by the time they arrived. They are very disorganized, and they do not have buses running to and from the airport every 15 minutes. Pay the money for a better option. It's less stressful. read more

They take too damn long! I swear they don't have enough drivers and vans driving around picking people up. For the price you pay to park here they need more pick up availability. Also they they'll drop people off at the structure, won't pick anyone up, drive 500 feet to the hotel, wait, and then come back to pick people up from the structure where they were just at!!! Location and parking are good. The frequency of the shuttles is horrible. Be patient while waiting for the shuttle. They need to improve the shuttle frequency. Parking Spot and Joe's parking have shuttles constantly. I will try those parking places next time. read more

Do not use if you are flying united from terminal 7. You will wait at least an hour to be picked up. The shuttle busses are full by the time they get to 7. Don't bother calling the office to be picked up, they are indignant. read more

Glad I discovered this place. My transition to the drop off terminal was excellent. Pick up at upper level at airport was not a long wait. The driver helped me with my luggage and he earned his tip. Close to LAX with shuttles from the airport that come pretty frequently, off hours just give them a call. I book through a third party website for a good price, highly recommend looking for deals! Garage is clean with cameras, so feel pretty safe. The only con I'd say is that on busy travel days it is harder to find an open spot so people often create their own spots. read more

Do not park here ever. There's no parking spots in the garage and many people have to risk their cars being dinged and scratched by double parking, The shuttle does NOT come 10-15 min. We called the office and told them that we saw two of their shuttles with empty seats passing us at the waiting area and they told us to keep waiting because there was "nothing they could do". It took half an hour to finally be in a shuttle after making 4-5 calls to the parking office. Once we got on the shuttle, the driver spoke to us like we were kids, very condescending. Don't waste your time and money. We saw other companies shuttles like Parking Spot, Hilton, etc. stop by the shuttle pickup area several times before we got on the QuikPark shuttle. I like that it is a covered garage and there seems to be at least two shuttles waiting to go to airport the 4-5 times I've used them. Pickup service seems fair, but I only recently used other hotel parking. Memorial Friday 2026 Quik Park was full, I used local Hotel parking. Airport parking was limited to upper level uncovered. Pickup shuttles not as often per other customers waiting in line at this other Hotel parking garage. read more

The location is close to LAX and so that typically allows for a quicker arrival to the airport than most other locations. But the pickup is pretty bad, particularly if you're in a later terminal like 6 or 7. They don't run enough shuttles so you'll see multiple Wallyparks or other shuttles come through before one stops for you. Even if you call, you run into this. After I called requesting a pickup, 2 shuttles just zoomed past me. It takes usually 30 minutes plus to get picked up. I don't recommend it if you use terminals 6 or 7 airlines. read more

Rude employees, they sell reservations for parking spots on the weekends and there wasn't any spots available. Had to park in compact spots with full sized pickup truck. You can't hear the employees behind the window at all and they hate their job and ANY customer questions. There are zero bathrooms after you've driven 2 hours in traffic to get there. Ridicules! I booked Quikpark at the last minute, the daily rate was more reasonable and they got me to the airport in time. After a long and tiresome vacation, expectations run low, but courtesy, commitment, and customer service should not be lacking especially when people just want to get home. Is it just just me, or is customer service not existent, tonight was certain that it does not, but a dead yesterday. This place and its employees, driver and supervisor were very short, dismissive, and laughed after the shuttle driver got us to the wrong Hyatt vs, the Hyatt that we were aiming for and he was trying to charge us $25 more to drop off at the destination was portraying from the beginning this nightmare of a transport at LAX. The shuttle driver and this supervisor who both lacked identification probably knowing that they alway display unprofessionalism and take no pride in offering any form of support or courtesy in dealing with any type of decency or respect in this type of environment. read more

Quikpark LAX is my go to LAX parking. Make sure to prepay online before you go. You simply input your day and hours of arrival and departure and they charge you accordingly. When you arrive, simply pull a ticket (be sure to save it) then park your car at the nearest available spot. They have shuttles constantly heading to the terminal every 10 minutes. This is what makes Quikpark the best. Other parking structure shuttles don't come as often. And the price is very reasonable. When you arrive, be sure to go to the designated shuttle area and look for the "Purple" Quikpark shuttles and they will take you back to the parking structure. You then take your ticket you pulled to the ticket window, show them your online reservation, and WA-LA.... they validate your parking and you are free to exit the structure. We've parked here probably 7 or 8 times. The price is competitive, the pick-up shuttle is usually within 20 minutes, the drop-off shuttle is usually waiting to take passengers (never had to wait for it), and it's close to LAX. I'm parking at LAX Quikpark again next month. read more

Very convenient location that is close to the airport. Shuttle service were very helpful. When taking a shuttle it is important to be aware of all the designated pickup and drop off locations that only take place on the departure level. I used to love this parking facility. However, they may have changed ownership or staffing polices because my recent experiences have been AWFUL. Slow service to departure terminals; slow pickup at arrival terminals AND to ad insult to injury, they refused to honor my discount coupon. I will use someone else in future. read more

My catalytic convertor was stolen and I had to ask for them to at least refund my money for "secured parking", which they still haven't done. They claim they are not responsible and don't seem to even try to deter thieves. If you park here you might as well leave your keys in the car. read more

My family's go-to LAX Parking spot when we take flights of LAC. We usually use CheapAirportParking.org and find it more affordable ($10-$15 difference in total) to use this website than going directly to the source 100% of the time. Their shuttles are always on duty and circulating for a prompt pick-up after we arrive and the garage is spacious, nice, and clean. They have a restroom if you need to go and there are attendants in the booth to assist. read more

Park here if you wanna wait 40 minutes at the airport while watching multiple of their shuttles drive by you in the farthest lane. Drivers would look at you while driving by. The only reason drivers want to help your luggage is to try and shake a few bucks off you but yet ignore you as much as they can. Lol. I travel over 25 weekends a year, and QuikPark is my go-to at LAX. I've tried many other lots, but this garage is the first one off the airport property (I've even walked here before), and the shuttles are always pretty quick, usually 5-10 minutes. The drivers are great and very helpful with luggage if you need it. The price is reasonable, especially considering that cheaper lots often have much longer shuttle wait times and are farther away. I usually book online before my trip to save a bit of money. I'm honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews! LAX is a CRAZY airport, and traffic can be unpredictable, so occasional delays are inevitable- you can't blame the parking lot for longer wait times.
