Bait and switch. First time Customer called asked for pricing for one overnight stay they told me $24. Then when I get there, they say they made a mistake and didn't tell me that was for multiple days., and then charged me $40. They should have been accountable to their mistake and honored their original price that they told me. It's not about the money it's about the principle. read more

They have very good drivers with very good professional talking and driving skills and how they communicate to their customers. I think the front desk person had a bad day or so he was extremely condescending and singled me out his words " I know exactly whom I am dealing with" and challenged me for the amount of time I was kept waiting after a long flight that arrived around 8.30 was kept waiting for over 30 mins. I just asked him to be transparent to their customers. I tried to park here every three weeks and now I am not going to very bad experience it's better to pay $5 more to park in a spot that has a waiting time of 15 mins. Time is money!! read more

I've been using Sunrise Parking for years. Since most of my travels in the past were business trips, I did not complain about their bait & switch practices. For example, website states $18.99 daily rate, but when I got a quote online it changed the rate to $19.99. Then I get an email confirmation with a rate of $20.99. At this point I assumed that it was because my vehicle is an SUV; but then again at this point there is no indication of the type of vehicle. Finally, after my trip I was charged the rate on the email quote plus an extra dollar per day for SUV. So, in conclusion, the $18.99 rate + $1.00 for SUV (total $19.99 per day) was charged at $21.99 per day. The rest of the charges are not an issue as those are clearly stated. This is very bad business and it looks like they are setting themselves up for a class-action lawsuit. AVOID!! Racist, corrupt scammers! Turo rental, went to drop the car off and only 3 spaces were free, all of which I couldn't fit the jeep into. They were too small with some cars over lines. We had so much luggage and cases to get out of the jeep too. I went over and asked for help or to see what he could suggest. The guy in the office was miserable and grumpy. He said in a patronising voice "if that truck over there can park in a space here, then so can you" shaking his head at me and smirking. There were free spaces with cones blocking them, he refused to let me use them. He was unhelpful, bad mannered, patronising and I felt like he took an instant dislike to me before I even opened my mouth. Is it because we were 2 white females with a child!? I fully believe so after what happened next. A very kind and random man behind me at the office offered to park it for me. He could barely get out of the door once parked due to how tight the spaces were. Then came the worst bit. The miserable office attendant told me the car park shuttle would be 15 mins. No mention of a queue or anyone before us so we waited for the shuttle when we could have got an uber. Then out of no where, about 10 Muslim females arrived to the office after us. Then came the shuttle. They then unbelievably refused us onto the shuttle even though we were first to the doors. "Speak to him in the office, he's told me to not let yous on before these women" so, the miserable office attendant had rang ahead and told the driver not to accept us on? Disgraceful. He did this all on purpose to delay us, annoy us, stress us out. They let the big group of Muslim ladies on even though we had been in the parking lot 20 minutes before they arrived desperately trying to park our car into tiny and inadequate spaces. We were waiting for the bus way before the group and we have all time stamped images to prove it. So, the female couple with a 3 year old child, pushchair and 4 cases were refused (the Muslim women had no children with them and no cases) The men clearly took a dislike to us. Due to this, we had to get an uber which took 15 mins to arrive and took 20 minutes to get to terminal 2 in gridlock traffic.. We ended up missing our flight due to messing about in this stupid car parking lot for over an hour and the shuttle refusal. It's also worth noting before you try and and defend your office member on this review to try and save your image like you've done with previous reviews, he tried to play on the ticket times. He had 40 minutes to sort our ticket, he knew what was happening and what we were doing and dropping off, he did the ticket within the last few minutes to make sure it was AFTER the Muslim ladies had their ticket. So corrupt. The cost of this to us is over $5000 dollars for new flights, new connecting flights, extra hotel, Ubers and loss of work, and we will be entering a small claims court case against sunrise lax parking corp based 1236 E Airport Dr Ontario, 91761 owned by MohammadHadiDehkhoda - for damages and costs. I am also speaking to the media and will be checking who the land owner is that sunrise rent this land from once I am home. My legal team are all over it. You refused the wrong family yesterday. I am furious about the stress and disruption to our lives that this has caused us. You need to urgently review your racist staff, their attitudes and their morals. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to answer basic questions. The shuttle bus is far too small, seating only a handful of people, which caused significant delays. Because of the slow shuttle service, I nearly missed my flight and had to spend an extra $35 on an Uber to get to the airport on time. The parking facility is not close to the airport, and with only one shuttle in operation, it's very unlikely you'll arrive on time. While the parking rate is cheaper, the risk of missing your flight and incurring additional costs makes it not worth it. I would strongly advise against using this facility. read more

The sign out front is misleading. It says $25 which I was led to believe was the price. If you look above this there's a tiny hidden sign that says $35. I wouldn't have minded paying $35 but I was misled to believe it was $25. I told the cashier how I felt about it, he put me on the phone with a woman who talked over me and wouldn't let me get a word in. When I mentioned I'd be leaving a review they got very rude and asked me to pay and leave unkindly. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL Avoid this place at all costs. I was quoted $30 and told I could come and go freely. After checking nearby lots and returning, a different attendant tried to charge me $35. I pushed back, and he let me in for $30--but it felt shady. Later, I left briefly to grab a snack. When I returned and tried to leave again to check into my hotel, the same attendant refused to open the gate and rudely questioned why I was "coming in and out so much it was weird." I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended up parking at my hotel instead. When I called to ask about a refund (I was there less than 30 minutes), they apologized but said "it's not a big deal" and left me on mute. I might've understood if he'd spoken respectfully, but he was extremely rude (dark skin, dark glasses, skinny). Unprofessional and sketchy--do not park here. read more

I waited about 25 minutes for a shuttle. It seems that they are only running 1 shuttle. There is no way that is sufficient for the LAX sh*t show. To really make it awesome they drove the entire horseshoe to pick up a nonexistent passenger at terminal 7 (I was at terminal 1). 45 minutes from terminal to parking lot. Yay. When we got to the lot, there were people waiting to go the terminal that looked as mad as I felt. I hope they made their flight. Everyone working there seems friendly enough and are probably trying to do the best they can. But taking 45 minutes from terminal to lot means that you don't really have a product. I'll probably avoid this place in the future. Then again, I'll probably stay away from LAX until I'm rich enough to hire a helicopter. read more

Wally Parking in Los Angeles was a great experience. The pickup was prompt and the building structure is less than five minutes from the airport. There are several staff personnel at the parking structure and besides being friendly they were helpful. Its nice to know there's staff here in case you need them. They have a nice lobby with free coffee you can grab on the way to the airport or leaving. read more

I used this parking lot and I regretted it very much, the parking lot is a mile from the airport, I arrived at 2 am and called the parking lot and they told me that the car had left, the wait for the shuttle lasted 35 minutes, during this time I called the parking lot twice and they wrote to me twice that the car was already on its way. After 35 minutes an elderly African American arrived and when I complained about why he had been driving for 35 minutes, he replied that he was not obliged to take me at all and made me get off the bus, I was the only passenger on this bus. Within 10 minutes I got to the parking lot with my luggage, with a cost of 28 dollars per day they charged me 36, probably with the services he was hanging around from the airport, which they refused to provide to me. Disgusting service, I do not recommend it to anyone if you want to save your nerves and time!!!! read more

I was coming in From Hawaii and was told by my Turo guy that I had to use the sunrise parking services. This was brand new to me but I tell you that Juan Ortega our driver was amazing. I will never use them again. They charged $62 for a garage, operated by what I consider to be a local criminal organization who has tried to over-charge me before which is why I never park in their lots. The garage for the venue we were going to was 1.7 miles away! They charged about 4 times what it cost to park in the nearby garage that I thought I was getting parking for. It's just a rip off. Be careful when you buy tickets online. I thought I was getting everything through the venue and realized too late that it was all brokered including this rip off for parking. read more
