Maybe during busy times cooks should be dropping chicken constantly until the rush in over in order to fill orders in a timely manner. You still would be serving fresh hot and crispy chicken due to demand. Imagine how many more customers you could push through the system if you had chicken ready to fill orders. This location did have the best biscuits compared to the other two. The biscuits here were fresh and hot, like they just made them. At the other locations biscuts tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours and were very dried out and over cooked. Sweet tea was better at this location as well. It was the right sweetness and a litte stronger. Other two locations the tea was almost clear and barley sweet. This location is the best of the three I tried. I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken.
