Hands-down the best Sprouts location I've ever been to! Every time I walk into this Sprouts, I feel like I've stepped into some kind of health-food heaven. The produce is always fresh (like, farmer's-market-fresh). The layout is super easy to navigate, and don't even get me started on the bulk section, it's dangerously good. But what truly makes this location shine is the staff. Everyone's helpful and friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Jurwana - she is an absolute gem! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the vibe is just peaceful. Even my toddler behaves better here... must be the energy. If you're lucky enough to live near this Sprouts, don't take it for granted it's literally a hidden gem in plain sight. And if you go, ask for Jurwana. She'll make your day! read more

I've been coming here for years and enjoy the produce, spacious aisles and the friendly cashiers. They have weekly sales on my go to items which I appreciate. I love the hu brand for chocolate, sprouts version of vanilla wafers, rao's soups, two good yogurt, ollipop prebiotic soda, siete chips, vans protein blueberry waffles and their fresh produce (cucumbers, blueberries, mandarins and Granny Smith apples). The one thing I don't like is having to pay for sprouts bags, however they are sturdy and hold a lot of items. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I would like to take the opportunity to give a high five complement for going above and beyond to one of your produce managers at the Southlake TX Store - Jan. I am a long-term Instacart shopper and always impressed by the happy, friendly, and helpful staff you have at this store. But if I may highlight one, in particular, it would be Jan in produce. I have a very picky (and difficult) regular vegan customer that I shop for -- he has to have all organic and wants the produce to last longer than can be realistically expected. Anyway, he was being extra picky this past week. I was able to get Jan to take time to just double-check what I had selected so I could relay to the customer I had the manager double-check everything and give her stamp of approval. I mean, yeah it's a good grocery store. But, I can't help feeling like someone who wants to pay more than I do for groceries is supposed to shop here, which touches my cynicism a bit. Do the products here really merit inflated prices? [insert free-market economics rant] I get that organic is "better". And, maybe there's some eco-friendly angle to shopping here that I don't know about. If so, the onus is on the chain to make sure I know about it. The produce seems really fresh and there are some nice choices for pre-cooked meals and all. They have an overwhelmingly huge section of supplements whose organizational and labeling scheme makes me dizzy. I'm not a supplement guy, being generally healthy without having to work too hard at it (the one exception being an experience I had with allergies that I beat with a Candida treatment requiring Nystatin and Acidophilus). Once in a while there's a crazy sale at Sprouts, like cluster tomatoes for $0.68 per pound. And, my GF takes some supplements from time to time. I tend to wander the aisles and wonder why a bag of organic kale chips needs to cost $5, etc. But, I don't think I can ding the store for selling specialized food products at slightly higher prices if people are willing to pay. It's clean, the staff is helpful, and we only come here for certain things. What they do, they seem to do well. I feel the same way about Whole Foods. So for me, I don't mind picking through produce at Winco or Walmart to find the good stuff at lower prices. Those stores sell staples for less. And Town Talk will have some of these higher-cost products closer to their sell-by dates for a fraction of the cost. Still I don't feel like I need to review them harshly because of my personal preferences. Four stars! read more

I come to Sprouts for one reason and one reason alone. They carry my beloved Chompies bread. We had a little break up for a while when they stopped carrying it but things are fine now. All kidding aside, Sprouts offer organic and antibiotic free food for a premium price. I like to browse their produce when I come in. They sometimes have exotic fruits you don't usually see at your usual grocery store. This last visit after hearing about the Chompies bread restock, I noticed a few new keto friendly inventory. Sprouts has an app that you can use to check on their current sales. I scored Rao's marinara sauce for $4.99! Checking out here is a pain though. Maybe it's because I'm always getting just a couple of things but the line goes super slowww. But they carry Chompies bread so I can't complain :) read more

Decent location. Seems like there's never enough people working. Tried to tell one of the employees that were doing stocking for the dairy that the yogurt on the shelf was expired and he just looked at me like I ruined his day. Sprouts has a lot of fresh produce and healthy choices. I gave it 4/5 stars due to the price. Why do things that are good for you have to cost more? In any case, if you go shopping here, just don't shop when you are hungry or the sticker shock may get you! Again, they have a nice selection of most everything you would want to put in a healthy body or use to make your body healthier. Nice location and spot, friendly and helpful staff. I am a regular, but usually only get items here that I can't get at a less expensive grocery store. read more

Love the new location! Much closer to home, though Thuy drives past the Southlake location every weekday, so the distance is not really an issue. This location will be great when I can't get Thuy to stop at Sprouts on the way home. (or it's the weekend). So now for the review part. You've been to Sprouts, right? It's a cross between a health-food store, a farmer's market, and a delicatessen. Sprouts focuses on quality over quantity. You won't find 47 varieties of tomato sauce, you'll find a couple, of which at least one will be organic. What really gets into Sprouts on a regular basis though is the produce. Again, quality over quantity and this focus is reflected in the prices. Sprouts typically has some of the best fruit prices around... Sprouts also has a lot of bulk items, including, but not limited to nuts, dried fruit, grains cereals, candy, etc., etc. etc. We love Sprouts and we are very excited to see the new location in Keller! read more

I've been coming to this location for almost a year now, and have found the customer service to be very good consistently, as well as a good products overall. Let's start with the product section. Very surprising that the prices are very reasonable ($0.98 for Kale, for example, when its $2-3 at other places). The employees that manage this section obviously ensure that any products that start to spoil are taken out immediately, which is a big deal to me. The impression that is conveyed is that everything is as fresh as it was after it was washed. There is a large presence of natural snacks, such as nuts and dried berries that are on stationed within the middle of the sales floor. You'll see the sugary snacks as well, yet there are some that are also stationed closest to the deli, which is on the far left side of the store. Some of your seasonings and other items such as 100% natural honey (thank you, Nature Nate's) are on the right side of the store. Beer and alcohol is sold here (as it should be), and you may get a deal whenever cases or wine bottles have been reduced to clearance prices due to overstock, etc. One surprise of note on a recent visit here was of the energy drink selections. I asked a cashier what she was drinking, and was introduced to "Synergy", a natural energy drink that advertises "reawakening, rebirth, repurpose, and redefinition." The drink itself is quite acidic upon first taste, yet it served its purpose in giving me a boost as well as calming any hunger pains. The energy drinks are in the far right corner adjacent to the cash registers in the front of the store. Overall, this store is my go-to place for healthy food and supplements. We've been going to this Sprouts since it opened, it's closer than the Southlake, or Hurst location for us but we been to these 3.. We shop here for produce, it's always good and fresh and consistent in supply, We have purchased meat products from time to time and always been happy when serving it can be pricey on some items, especially the plant based foods but there selection is as good as we've seen anywhere. Knocked off 1 star for customer service it's hit or miss mostly seems like busiest times they aren't always prepared. That being said it's once or twice a week for us. read more

If you have respiratory issues like myself (respiratory failure) and REQUIRE oxygen, beware if you go here you will be asked to leave because you can't wear a mask due to needing to have oxygen. BUT you will be flagged down and talked to in an aggressive and condescending tone and employees are not at all discreet or at least polite about asking you to leave. In my personal experience the ash hole who yelled at me in the produce section was trying to "make an example" out of kicking someone out and thought the best way of doing so was by raising his voice at me and making a very entertaining yet dramatic and completely unnecessary spectacle out of it. It's a shame I wasted my valuable and sparse energy, time and oxygen coming to this store. Will definitely never go to a sprouts ever again. read more

Strike 3... you do have a friendly staffs working at the store but can you please pay more attention to the dairy section??? I always go to this location to grab Organic Valley's regular and 2% milk, yogurt, and eggs for my kids. I have flagged down 3 workers and told them about the expired milk and yogurts. Again today, you had 2 regular milk and they both expire 5/25 which is tomorrow, and your 2% expires 6/1! If there's another sprouts or store that carries organic valley milk, I would never return to this sprouts! read more

I really enjoy Sprouts. The majority of the time the produce is absolutely amazing looking and they have a very good selection. They have major discount deals all the time too. The main reason why I took off 1 star was due to the inconsistent customer service I've gotten from time to time. Generally everyone is very happy to help out but sometimes the people behind the counters can be slow to respond. Also, on two occasions I have called ahead to ask if they had a certain kind of meat which the person on the phone said yes they have a ton only to arrive and have another person say 'we don't sell that here'. So...thats annoying. Otherwise the majority of my experiences have been great. Check them out! read more

I love this grocery store. You can find a lot of goodies here that are organic or different ethnicity varieties. I needed to find a few items for a Taiwanese dish. Found some of them and was able to sub some. The cost is actually a little less than the nice Kroger Marketplace. They also have a lot of stuff by the bulk. I wanted to try some dates that was already packaged and weighed, but they didn't have it by the bulk for you to do it yourself. So the guy went to the back to split a box in half just because I wanted a smaller portion. Sooo nice of him!!!! For such a small selection of flowers, they are fresh, vibrant and gorgeous. I have bought many beautiful bouquets here that didn't look like it was going to die in a day. I do wish their meat selection for organic and free range was a little larger. But I was still able to find the essential meats or sub it with something similar. The selection and store is smaller than central market. But this is near me. So I frequent here a lot. Plus they always have a sale going on!!! Their sales are fantastic! Some weeks a percentage off frozen food. Or 25% of vitamins. Or 20% off bulk items. Yay!!!! And their wild caught salmon are often on sale for less than $10/lb. that's amazing when wild caught salmon run about 18-20$ at most stores. read more

I love getting good deals. I love finding fresh produce and great choices for organic and non GMO foods. This sprouts is typically clean and there are always people stocking so you can easily find help. The service is great and most of the time when there are lines starting to form they will open up another register. And I'm talking even if your the 3rd person in line. A lot of the big box grocery chains typically forget about customer service. It's not about just good product and good pricing. I like that I can recycle my plastic bags at the store entrance. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful in every department, especially seafood, produce and health/vitamins section. Don't go to Sprouts unless you want to be insulted because of your disability and can't pull your mask up as high as they want you to. A friend of mine went with her daughter who is in her early 20s to Sprouts yesterday. The young lady had her mask on but her nose was showing. She was spoken to very rudely by 3 employees. First it was a young man employee and Before the young lady could even choose to leave the store or put on a different mask, two women employees accosted her at the same time. One of the women had the stance of someone who was very aggressive and spoke so rudely to my friend's daughter that the daughter became tearful and had to leave the store. She told the employees that she had a disability they kept her from being able to pull the mask higher on her nose and one of the women said to her, "NO, you don't!". How shocking! These employees do not know the young lady. They have no idea what she may have been through. If it's something personal a young person will not want to describe it to a total stranger. The young lady could've been assaulted by someone wearing a mask and be suffering from PTSD. The situation could've been handled very differently that would not have been so offensive. In the first place, I doubt if It will put everyone in the store in jeopardy just because one person doesn't have her nose covered! That family will not be going to Sprouts again and neither will my family and Many of you who are reading this. That is not good publicity for Sprouts. I doubt if the owners really want their employees to treat customers this way! I am suggesting to the owners that they re-train their employees and give them specific things to say that are not offensive. read more

As a shopper for a grocery business, it's upsetting to go in to the deli and produce area and see both areas with flies. It's not appetizing at all. The deli counter never seems to be wiped down. Produce is not being rotated. The other issue is check out time. 2 cashiers and 2 lines about 5-6 people deep. Several calls for back up cashiers and no one came. A manager was standing up and bagging but didn't jump on a register. read more

I'm a big fan of farmer's markets. I wouldn't say this is a farmer's market, though. It is more of a modern trendy health focused store. You won't find many brands you recognize. The selection of produce is about as good as it can get. The meat market is good and fresh. Sometimes the prices can get a little high on non-produce items. However, the produce items are the real reason to visit here. They are competitively priced and about as good as I could imagine it being. I am glad to have a sprouts near by and recommend you patronize this business. read more

*******30.06 & 30.07 FIREARMS NOT ALLOWED******While I do enjoy sprouts for the great prices on produce and their friendly staff and excellent customer service today my mind was changed just a little bit as far as this establishment as a business. When I arrived today I was greeted by 30.06 sign and 30.07 sign (which I hadn't seen before though this was the first time I was carrying the day I came here to shop) which means that I had to walk back to my car disarm myself and then return to the store to start my grocery shopping. Though not a surprise that this essential hipster type grocery store placed these signs up, and has every right to do so, It was just disappointing that the upper echelon @ Sprouts corporate feel the need to disarm the very customers who come to their stores to shop. Like Eric, I love the new location. Its less than a 10 minute walk from my house which is so much better than trying to play Frogger across North Tarrant trying to get to Albertsons. It can be pricey but if you look around you can find some great deals and reasonable staples for your pantry. I was actually surprised that they had a great variety of specialty items such as Gluten-free foods, and vegetarian foods There is decent parking, its still neat and tidy even during those crazy grand opening days. read more

In general, I do love sprouts. I usually go to the Southlake location but since i was in the neighborhood I stopped by the Keller Location for some things. I was there the day before this trip just to pick up some snacks for my little ones, and maybe she was having an off day, but our cashier was not in the best mood, though she was constantly primping her hair. It was the express lane and I had a coconut water and 3 types of dried snacks. Anywho, back to trip #2.They had chicken breast on sale for 1.99/lb so I grabbed a batch and I also grabbed a small pack of chicken thighs (2.99/lb) Got a few other things and got in the check out line. Naturally as humans we are going to gravitate to the shortest checkout line so we can get in and out correct? Well, it may be my bad luck, but our cashier this time around seemed a bit "out of it" and a rude. She was dancing around and saying all of these things. She would ask us a question and then make a riddle or rhyme out of the answer we gave her. But I thought, whatever, let me just ring up and go. So my items are going down the conveyer belt and we get to the chicken breast, and I looked at the price label and I noticed it said "Chicken thighs" and it was priced at 2.99/lb. So I stopped her and said "oh I didn't notice this but they missed labeled the chicken breast, it's in your ad for 1.99/lb but this is marked as chicken thighs, 2.99/lb, can you correct that for me?" And the cashier stated "I don't know, your going to confuse me and I'm already confused as it is,don't be doin that to me" and laughs and proceeds to ring up my chicken at the 2.99/lb price. I prompted her again to please fix the price for me because it was double the price of what it should be, she goes "Look, it rang up as chicken thighs so that's what it must be. Your chicken thighs rang up for the same price. " Rang up my total and asked me to pay. Now I know I'm not a genius, but I can tell the difference between a chicken breast and a chicken thigh. Needless to say, i offered to put the chicken back in the meat area, didn't buy anything and left. It was a bit absurd. I know that this store is fairly new and I know the area has lots of high school aged teens and then some, but I really think they should train their cashiers a bit better and to be a bit more professional. Even though this store is a bit closer to home, I will be sticking with my Southlake location and not returning to the Keller store. Check the grocery labels read more

Sprouts is a great place to visit for fresh produce great meat and always a great selection of organic baby food. The presentation of the store is great, lots of bright lighting and visibility from across the store. Because most of the produce is in the middle of the store, you can easily spot the isle you need from standing almost anywhere in the store. read more

I am so happy to have this Sprouts so close to me!!! I love their bread selection and cheeses. Their wine selection is good too! The produce is always fresh and priced well. There's always sales going on different items so I'm always trying something new. I love the per ounce spices, trail mixes, flours and whatever other goodies I dare not to look at.
