As always, I went with my usual -- chicken wings and lemonade -- and this time I decided to try the German chocolate cake. My son had the banana pudding. Everything was fresh, hot, flavorful, and delicious! The wings and fries were cooked just right, and both desserts were definitely worth trying. One thing I can honestly say about JJ's is they've mastered consistency. No matter which location I visit around the Atlanta area, the food is always fresh and dependable, and that says a lot. What really pushed this visit over the top was the customer service. The young lady who took my order was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. Her attitude and service honestly tipped the scale from what would've been a 4-star visit to a solid 5 stars for me. If you're looking for something quick and tasty, especially while visiting the hospital area, definitely stop in and grab a bite. JJ's continues to be a solid go-to for me!

Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed. As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. Though I needed the cheese to really take it to the next level, it was a good meal and I would order it again. However, I will ask if vegan cheese is in stock before placing my order.

The restaurant wasn't very busy when we got there, but the main chokepoint was in ordering (there was only one cashier handling orders and announcing all ready orders). It took about 10 minutes for our whole party to receive their selected food and beverage items. We will be back due to the variety, value and size of the meals.

It has a huge dining area, a drive thru, and an online order pick-up area. The waiting area for the take-out order was not clearly identifiable, though. I walked inside around 2pm and it was quite busy for a Wednesday. It seems like there may have been an employee event just wrapping up or maybe that was shift change? There were a lot of Chick-fil-A employees. Upon entry, there was a line for what I assume is the "formal" side. I walked over to the "fast food" side, used the bathroom first (the female side was clean and fully stocked with toiletpaper, hand soap, and paper towels). The door even had a foot grip, so as not to used your clean hands. I got in line to order. There was no one ahead of me in line, but there were two customers at the counter ordering. A third employee, Isaac, signaled for me to come forward. He asked if I was dining in or taking my food to-go. After confirming, he took my order, then I paid. I stood nearby the counter, unsure of that's where my order would come out. I verified with Isaac once he was free. It was busy and there was a lot of moving about. However, my order was brought out to me in less than 10 minutes. The food - chicken sandwiches, fries, and fried okra, was hot and fresh. The parking lot was full, there there was still plenty of open parking spaces available. If I want Chick-fil-A in the future, I will definitely go back here.
