I was at this location at 5pm Sunday really had no issues unroll my change was giving to me, being…read morea 58 year old man when given change in use to getting the amount I'm owed back i usually get it this time she didn't give me my full amount just have me a bill even though it was just 23 cent i politely waited & said ma'am I want my change now if told they didn't have change since I keep change i would've have her the change to get 2 bills back i wasn't given the opportunity so I asked she told me to pull forward i did & i waited patiently for about 5 minutes noticing my car was sort of in the way of incoming traffic i got out the car went to the window asking for my change during this span clearly the manager came to me & usually my age alone will get me thru confrontations but this young lady raised her voice so I noticed & told her I'm just talking to you normal your now getting loud not necessary but she kept this tone so I matched it still asking for my change i slammed sum change down i had in my hand down & my bracelet fell off in to the store she than asked did I want it back of course I said yes she threw it in the garbage i laughed because it was a $3 value piece than she went on to rant about my mom's who passed away as a kid wasn't mad i just turned that around on her responding i for someone above watching over me I'm good we went back & fourth until I said something that hit a nerve to make her act like she wanted to come thru the window for a possible assault her employees had to hold her back i laughed because this young lady who looked like she's a lesbian no hate but she looked about 130 pounds & she wants to fight a grown man over change that's when I proceeded with laughter & of course snapping back because I am offended never threatened her but I left when she started talking about a gun & she left my vision when she did that I got in my car & left leaving the parking lot i heard her screaming you better had now because this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER I HAD TO CALL 911 because this type of stop needs to stop the police asked me did I see a gun i laughing told them do you think I waited to see the gun, I took her word to my point I've been there before had laughs with the young men & other's before but this time totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Been to busy the last day's to post but I did call corporate & I'm gonna to seek legal advice only thing on my side is hopefully there may be a video that's why I remember the time & day, I'll NEVER go to that location again & will keep telling this story
