They are absolutely horrible, pharmacy is bad and the store itself is even worse. They're all lazy, incompetent, and very unprofessional. There was a literal THC vape left on their register. They had one person left upfront working both the photos and registers, while no one else was nowhere to be found. Just a joke, don't get me started on their managers. Even bigger joke, they left their ONE employee high and dry to do all the work when Ive seen them talking and not helping anyone. 0/10 store. No body should go here!!!! read more

After 2 weeks of trying to get a prescription filled, calling, going by in person and having the dr send over refill request twice, they said they still had not received it.?Had Dr send to Owasso Drug, and in less than an hour I finally got my prescription. All I can say is if you're looking for a pharmacy, run away! They are inept, there are MacDonalds that I would trust more to not screw up! During prime-time, like 8am to 10pm, there is aways a long line. They have 2 drive-through lanes but never more than 1 person working the windows. Also, seems a lot of people wait in those long lines only to be given some excuse for not filling it, leaving frustrated justnlike me. Today, they said 1 of my prescriptions was on backorder but when pressed, said they haven't filled it yet & it would be at least an hour. Went back & was told they didn't have the prescription from the doctor. Doctor said he sent it (9 hours before I went to pick it up) & I trust he is telling the truth. This is the hands down the WORST pharmacy I've ever used. Not only are they incredibly RUDE, they won't answer the phone no matter how long you sit on hold, after 45 mins they just pick up and hang up, and if by some miracle they do finally answer and you request a refill, six hours later when you arrive, nobody has even begun working on it and they ask you to come back in another hour. They need to revamp their entire staff because the staff they have is a JOKE. Even the Doctors offices can't get thru on the phone! read more

After discharge from the hospital, medications were sent in at 3 pm. We waited on the endless drive through line for an hour, at 6 we were told they still weren't ready. The surgery was a knee replacement, involving a lot of pain. I'm now back in the line, 4 hours later to try to pick it up. read more

I can't say enough great things about this Walgreens. I initially came due to a family emergency and in doing so, forgot a few of my meds at home. They were able to furnish me with ample meds, have meds transferred from Florida in rapid time. I will be moving here and this will be my pharmacy of choice. This is my local Walgreens and I'm a fan! It's super convenient when I need to pick something up and I'm in a hurry. There's usually no wait except during peak hours at the pharmacy line sometimes. The process to refill prescriptions is SO easy! I love that you can scan it from the app and they text you when it's ready for pickup. The rewards card is with getting too, you save a lot of money using it. There are plenty of beauty products and I love their nail polish section. They also have a pretty good supply of cards/gift wrapping in case you need to pick one up at the last minute. It's always surprising to me how many random stuff you can find here. My last discovery: bamboo plants. Pretty nifty. Also, make sure to check out their daily sales and promotions. Right now they have a ton of Halloween decorations/costumes and candy discounts. read more

I received a coupon for a free 8x10.  I ordered it via their super easy to use app.  An email confirmed my order and a second email minutes later informed me my order was already ready for pickup!  I ran by to pick up a few days later.  The store has nice wide isles and is very clean.  They have all the regular drug store items, medicines, make-up, small grocery items, some toys, and even seasonal items but today we didn't have time to browse.  We went to the photo desk, retrieved our items and were out within minutes.  The parking lot is easy to navigate with plenty of parking.  Open 24 hours a day and convenient! read more

The best way to describe this place is slow!! If I see more than two cars out in the drive through I usually pass. Today I cannot pass and there are 9 cars in line. I will most likely be here for at least half an hour or more. Everyone I know, talks about how slow their drive through is and since I've got some time to kill I thought I'd post about it. The staff is usually very friendly and kind but no one is ever in a hurry or they just don't have enough staff. If staffing is the problem then I blame management! I believe the problem lies somewhere in between. They probably need to re-evaluate their process handling and the way it is laid out and their staffing levels if it takes more than 5 minutes to swing through the drive through and pick up a prescription that is already ready for pick up. If they are allowing customers to sit in line to wait for a refill they should designate one as the express lane! read more

They are usually very friendly but today I bought some items here at this location and felt that the associate rung me up wrong so I was going to recheck the receipt but was told it got sent to my email. I tried looking it up but didn't see it so I went back to the store and found out that the email was wrong and the store manager said there's "nothing" they can do about it without the receipt. Well I just now looked up their policy on receipt and it says here, picture includes that if you have the reward balance card/phone numbers they can always look it up through there! For him being a store manager should at least know this! He was not at all friendly and seems like not wanting to help at all! read more

I love this location. I have one by my house but drive out of my way to use the pharmacist Olivia at this location.

Stay far away from the pharmacy. Unfortunately I had to take a prescription my doctor could not call in, so I had to bring them a paper prescription. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting, as are others whose prescriptions were promised much earlier. The staff do not communicate well or provide a status update. They gave a screen that's supposed to show updates but didn't even put my name up there (when I asked, they told me my prescription was "almost done."). I'm not really certain what is time consuming in grabbing a bottle of cough syrup off the shelf. The staff seem completely uncaring and unphased by the terrible services they are providing. I will never visit this location again. I just hope I'm able to get my prescription in the next hour at this rate! read more

Worst customer service EVER line to the front of the store 5 pharmacists there 6 customer service people and the capability to have four windows open and they only open two with one person who's obviously in training. Then I get there and my scripts called in today at 230 pm get out back on the shelf so I have to wait 35 minutes for them to fill them. I asked to talk to the manager of course she's not there and the "lead" tech tells me there's nothing she can do to help I am transferring my scripts to Owasso Drug for sure!! read more
