I asked the staff and they said, it was all thrown away because they were below temperature and they did not have any replacements. This completely ruined my commute time and was a wasted 15 minute pitstop. Staff seemed to not have a clue what to do, very disappointed.... It's like pulling over for gas and they only have diesel..... uuuugggh! Had to goto different location.... +30 minutes added to my morning commute. Ya gotta do better QuikTrip (QT)!

Situated off the corner of 211 and Potranco, this QT offers about what you find at all the other QT's across San Antonio! QT kitchens offers tacos, sandwiches, pretzels and pizzas made to order. Other amenities include hot dogs, egg rolls, chicken rollers, generous fountain sodas, tea, frozen drinks and coffee options. I personally got the coffee, breakfast tacos and apple critters and all for under $6 was a good value! Also forgot to include the exterior has about 12 fuel pumps selling unleaded, non ethanol unleaded and diesel. I'm happy this QT has made far far west San Antonio it's new home!

Prices are higher than other convenience stores but they appear to put more into training employees on friendly service. This location opened a few months ago and I have been a few times late at night when I have the munchies and want more variety than Valero or 7-11. One issue is that the fried foods are often fried too long and taste burned. Also, the soda machines are not always calibrated, the soda flavors taste off.

It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . As someone who has had many bad days working in customer service, I still wouldn't treat anyone like that since it's not like a random person or coworker had anything to do with it but clearly she does and it's not a very good idea to put people like that in leadership positions. I've had managers like her before and they make the workplace unnecessarily frustrating for both the employees and customers. The only reason I'm giving the 2nd star is because of the other cashier.

They seem to have their own grill here inside the gas station, where you can order tacos. They have touchscreens that they've rolled out that you order from. I dunno why you'd get tacos here, when there's a Las Palapas across the street. They sell ice in 8 lb bags inside the store, but they also have an exterior ice machine that sells more ice cheaper. I wish they'd had a sign up inside letting you know that they have a cool ice machine outside. The clerk was efficient, and able to work two registers simultaneously to get people checked out quickly. He was doing that while giving directions and helping another guy order food. Parking and driving through here can be a bit confusing with all the drive-thru's around here. Along with the teenage drivers racing over here after the high school across the street lets out, this can be a hazardous parking lot to hang out in. The convenience store was clean inside and out! I managed to get in and out of there on the quick time.

It's in the middle of a bunch of ethnic restaurants and foreign grocers by the Medical Center. I've found that the gas is still cheaper just a little bit up the hill at the Valero. But this place is clean, clean, clean. It's spotless! It always seems to be picked up, and the bathrooms are rather clean. I like how they have a full (help yourself) bar for coffee drinks- with nitro cold coffee that puts the local coffee shops on the run. My fav thing about these gas stations is the name brand condiment station, where you can get the fancy stuff - Grey Poupon in little yellow packets, or Cholula hot sauce- Grab handfuls, because this is the good stuff! The place is spotless, even as I was pulling up there was an attendant making sure the trash was out, and there was no refuse on the ground. When I walked in, I was graded immediately and actually helped finding a particular product so that attention and detail earned this place. It's fifth star thanks to its customer service. On the inside, the place was clean and well lit: cashier was friendly and courteous, and I was in and out with absolutely zero delay.
