Quick trip has many things. Every drink you can think of is here. The strawberry shake is made fresh not even machined like fast food. I enjoyed the quality and service. It was busy but extraordinarily friendly The difference in quality of cup for fountain drink from a typical convenience food place is noticeable. Even the quality of the cup and lid are much more durable and better quality than most. They are getting better at service in this QT, so I gave them a couple of more stars. It's all about employees caring about their jobs, and caring about their customers. It's not complicated. When you hire people that don't even have capacity or tendency to be customer service oriented, then the corporate management doesn't care. read more

This place was probably the busiest gas station convenience store I have ever been in Had to get ice for a cooler. There are no ice coolers outside, so I went in. I had to ask where it is because I couldn't see it anywhere near the register The ice is way in the back by the bathrooms. Normally, you can have a good experience here, but there are a few employees that don't provide the level of customer service that Quiktrip is known for. They would just assume ignore the customer and go on doing about what they're doing which is very frustrated because you go to Quiktrip initially because you're in a hurry. And some of the employers are completely oblivious to that. In addition, they frequently take customers out of order. I'm not sure what criteria they use, but it appears it could be based on race read more

My favorite chain of gas stations! They have every thing that you need on the go! The only thing they don't have is some where to lay your head down inside the building! I don't review many gas stations, yet as a former frequent QT goer, I was surprised to see this newly built amongst the resurgence West Midtown area. As many know, you can get just about anything at QT, drinks, snacks, meals, home & auto accessories, both food & non-food items. The coffee, Freezoni & heating lamp/Grab n Go food items were favorites in my family. I needed breakfast on the run & as healthy as passible, so I got a fresh apple, banana, OJ & Water all under $8. QT is so much more than a gas station. Team Red Shirts are always friendly with their signature salutations & service, regardless of location. read more

They don't accept they're own mess ups and constantly advertise incorrectly priced products. If a product is marked at a price it should be sold at said price their inability to do their job properly is why I hate this store. read more

Love this gas station! They have many pumps and although it can be quite crowded at times.....I've never had to wait for one. The actual store has some decent food and snacks, you'll be in and out in a hurry regardless of how busy it is. Stopped by here Christmas eve and there were probably around 30 people inside getting last minute snacks, but there was virtually no wait. Gas is usually cheaper than surrounding stations. The young lady in the kitchen today is very unprofessional and rude. She speaks to you as if you're bothering her. She doesn't greet you or thank you for your patronage. If I wanted McDonald's or Wal-Mart negative attitude and unprofessional service I would have went to those locations. read more

My go to spot for gas in Sandy Springs. The price is always significantly lower than other gas stations in the vicinity. They also have the widest variety of snacks and fast food options than their competitors. My husband's love for Quiktrip stems from his obsession with Faygo sodas, being a Detroit native, this is the only place he can find it! read more

I am a big fan of QuickTrip, this place has the best customer service of any convenience store I have ever seen, bar-none. They even beat a lot of non-convenience stores,LOL. I like the way that the staff always greets you when you walk into the store. This weekend, a friend and I walked into the store to get some coffee and he had never seen a QuickTrip since he is from out of state. He turned around and saw that I was in the car waiting for him because I had gotten in and out of there so fast before he could really look at anything. This particular QuickTrip is always busy, in fact...you cant get a spot at the gas pump around 5pm when everyone is going home. Even when it gets crazy, the staff are still super-friendly here. I'm a bit of a snob about coffee since we can get the really primo stuff from my wife's native country of Colombia but for a convenience store, QuickTrip isn't bad at all although I have noticed that the quality does vary a bit from store-to-store but that probably has more to do with the person preparing it. They have a variety of coffee in there now that has added caffeine and I think that's great since I believe there's no such thing as too much caffeine. They have a good selection of food too if you are really starving a want something quick. I always see fruits and salads in abundance here. They also have some really good donuts. I generally try to avoid sugar but this weekend I broke down and got a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup donut (I think that was its name) and oh my god was it good,LOL. When I tried to pay at the pump, the stupid pump display said "Enter User ID." This is not the first time I've purchased fuel, but I had no idea what that meant. I almost left but tried entering my zip code. Well, that worked, so I did get my fuel. Dear QT: Please reprogram your stupid pumps to say "Zip Code" if that's what you want. read more

LOL This is the first time I've seen a gas station rated ! You go Beth! So since I've lived directly behind this one for 4 years, I better throw my words in. Just like the others have mentioned, gas is cheaper (during the gas explosion last year, they were 25 cents cheaper than the Chevron and Exxon a mile up the road at a couple occasions!) The ARE quick. The people there actually greet you when you walk in which still shocks me to this day! And paying 1/3 the price for a fountain drink of 32oz rather than buying it by the bottle that is only half the size?!?!?! Tell me where you can do better. As mentioned, they are always clean. They have good variety of junk foods and drinks and a good choice of the so called healthy drinks/juices too. Luckily where I will moving next month, QT is the closest gas station there too. I LOVE QUIKTRIP, and I am not afraid to admit it! Having just moved away from the Ga. area, I can openly admit, that not having a Quiktrip close by anymore , will be one of the Top 10 things I will miss about Atlanta! They are "quik," and friendly and CLEAN! Greatly appreciated by someone who travels much for work. Very nice clean gas station. Plenty of registers open for volume of customers and clean bathrooms. I was actually able to find some rare Venom energy drinks here. I haven't seen these very many places at all. My husband got a refillable travel cup with a nice lid and the gas price was low compared to gas stations nearby. I'm a big QT fan. They're one of the best gas stations around. For one, service is always great, especially at this location. They get you in and out quickly, even when there's a line! You'd be surprised at how fast it moves. There's always a wide selection of coffees and cappucinos, delicious pastries and fritters, and the walls are lined with a million drinks to choose from. I've never had their food but it always catches my eyes. They've got the bad for you but looks good stuff like hot dogs, taquitos, nachos, biscuits to the good for you stuff like turkey sandwiches, fruits, granola, etc. It's always well stocked. The parking lot gets a little hectic sometimes with everyone getting gas and/or packing to run in and grab stuff - it can be like playing Tetris with your car! This is a my favorite gas station in town, especially with the Sandy Springs police right next door. read more

Always, always the cheapest gas around. I even compare them with Costco, and they either match or beat Costco. The parking lot can get a little crazy because this QT gets a lot of use. Nighttime can be a little sketchy, but less so now that the Sandy Springs Police Department relocated their offices next door. :) Food inside is your typical fare of candy and chips. They do have a decent selection of sandwiches and subs, hot dogs and the like. Prices are inexpensive. It's a great place to run for a quick snack, and I always use them to fill up the car with gas. read more

I love QT no matter where it is, but this QT is the closest to my house and the people there are always so friendly. No matter who's stocking the shelves, who's cashiering and who's behind the Kitchens counter, every time you go in they all say hello. They have great customer service. It's always well lit and crowded, but people tend to get in and out pretty quickly. I'd mentioned to the clerk that they didn't have any Mango Madness Snapple on my way to work one morning and by the time I went back that night to pump gas, they'd refilled two rows full. This is definitely the best connivence store in the Northridge-Sandy Springs area! Ive been going here almost every day(sometimes multiple times a day) for a few years now and I love coming here! The staff is very fast, friendly, and make coming in and out not only a breeze, but very welcoming. They don't use the new QT floor-plan, but still you have a great selection of foods and beverages, as well as a QT Kitchen and if you can't find what you're looking for they will help you find it, if available. Decent (Not Great) selection of tobacco and cigar products, and although I wish they would have a wider variety to choose from the employees make it my go-to still. They are very big on customer loyalty and providing superior service, I have had times where I was short a little on my taxes by a quarter or so, and they have covered me so I could get what I need and get out. Also, with closure of the Kroger on Northridge, this is the best place to grab some snacks, a meal, drinks, some smokes within walk-ability. Thank you QT!! read more
