Really enjoyed my visit to Quik Trip but it was maddening busy. Filled up, super easy and the moved my car so others could get gas and I could go inside. Contractors, workers from yard maintenance, Air Conditioner, plumbers, you name the trade they were there getting ice, coffee, breakfast, you name it and the employees were great efficient and were helpful. I was there for antibacterial wipes! Ok, I am a freak about clean hands and I walked out with just my phone and keys so no handbag with stuff I use. Anyways, with all the traffic and I mean TRAFFIC cars, huge trucks with trailers, huge vans and cars, people were polite in coming in and leaving quite impressive. Oh and clean restrooms! read more

Slowest quick trip. Just wanted a couple of ice cream cones and waited 10 minutes. All the soda machines were broken the day I came. It was a hot mess in here. The mens bathroom is filthy and stinks. Much needed deep cleaning . You can tell it's been a long time since anybody spent any time or money scrubbing that store down. read more

Never had a bad experience at this location I stop by almost everyday due to work and I've always been sketched out on gas station foods but after trying quicktrips kitchen food I was pleasantly surprised! The foods always freshly made in front of your eyes with in minutes the staff both in kitchen and behind the register truly make it a "quick trip" highly recommend this place. read more

What's not to love about Quik Trip? Reasonable gas prices, good working pumps (lots of them) and clean restrooms. The store has any kind of drink imaginable (milkshakes, smoothies, slushes, fountain drinks, bottled drinks, coffee, latte, etc) combined with donuts, fresh sandwiches and a good variety of snacks. The cashiers are always so friendly and strive to ring you up so you can be on your way. It's not just one cashier who is nice- it's all of them on any given day. How can you not love quick trip. It's cheap gas and it has a lot of stalls. What more can you ask for?? I did not go in the actual location but I imagine it would be fine. The outside bays/ stalls are clean and all the pumps are working. It's a win for me. read more

I'm new to this QT and area and it has a different feel. Staff are always on their phones hiding behind the tobacco and pick and choose whom to greet when people come in. They do move through customers quickly, which is appreciated. Their parking lot has been busy, and dirty, as of the past week or so. read more

TLDR: Need gas? Go. Better than average gas station. Fair gas prices. Clean inside, with clean restrooms. Carries everything you need. If I ever need gas, I come here. Lighted environment at night, safe city. Won't get jacked in a town where the worst crime is a door ding. Greeted as soon as you walk in the door. read more

Employees have the BEST customer service, always stocked well, again the employees at this quiktrip (and really all of them but this one especially) are beyond the best. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is because the bathrooms aren't the cleanest, but they're not too bad! read more

I am a long time QT customer. It has been my morning go to place on the way to work for years because of their excellent coffee center, good gas prices and friendly staff. I recently moved from the Willowbend area of Plano to Southlake and was excited to find that there was a QT in my path to work. I must say that I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of this store. The coffee center rarely works and when brought to the attention of the staff I was given a blow off excuse and completely dismissed by the arrogant cashier. I also find their gas prices to be up to $0.20 more than other stations in the area where the Willowbend station is consistently competitive with the nearby Costco. This store fails in each area that made me a long time customer in Plano (coffee, staff and gas prices). I am not sure why there is such a big difference but I think that QT should do a little QC in this affluent area and get this store shaped up. read more

Caution: My wife make a $21. purchase with our debit card only to discover a $125 HOLD was placed on our card! There was no notice or indication of this policy and we were told it may take days for the funds to be released! QT has lost our business with this unfair if not a fraudulent practice. read more
