I learned my about this place through an online forum talking about how good the ice cream is at this place. People said it was the best ice cream they had ever had. I am going to cut to the chase and just say while the ice cream is very good, I don't think it is nearly the best I have had. I came here recently and was greeted by a sweet older man named John. I sampled a couple of ice creams before deciding on the Instagraham. Icecream Place offers premium, handcrafted icecream and appears to have rotating icecream flavors. The interior of the store is warm, inviting and has a vibrant mural of animals with icecream. I got the double scoop of the Instagraham in a waffle cone. The Instagraham has chunks of chocolate and graham crackers mixed in the icecream. It was a delicious and refreshing treat on a sunny spring day. They also have a rewards card where you can redeem a free icecream after multiple visits. I look forward to my next visit. read more

My experience working with the owner to get my cake in time for my daughter birthday was nothing short of amazing. He helped me out and was in contact with me about the entire process and getting it taken care of even while he was out of town. To have a local place where the owner cares this much about his business to be coordinating my order with my and his employees while on vacation is remarkable. I would recommend everyone to come here for any ice cream cakes for any occasion, just make sure you place a custom order a week in advance to give time for them to bake it from scratch and layer in the ice cream. This place almost deserved a perfect rating. The employee was equally friendly as well as professional. As I was inundated with multiple choices of chocolate, I was given the opportunity to sample some. The Baja Chocolate was too light on the chocolate. When she was describing her recommendation, I initially thought it was an unusual variation of Cookie Dough. The ice cream was mislabeled as she was recommending Mississippi Mud. I ended up ordering a brownie sundae with that flavor. If I had eaten the sundae outside and not return to the store, my experience would have been outstanding. When I was done with the sundae, I decided to purchase gift certificates before leaving. This is when a star was deducted. As I was about to pay, the employee warned me about the sales tax. When I told her gift certificates are not taxable, she mentioned the item must have been entered incorrectly in the POS system. So, she refunded me the amount in cash. When purchasing gift cards, I always get a receipt. If there is any problems redeeming them, the receipt shows the amount purchased. Even though these gift certificates have the amount pre-printed, I still wanted one. The second deduction was due to the receipt not printing correctly. Because the paper was too narrow for the printer, the left and right sides were chopped off. If this store had recently opened, I could have excused the errors as a store opening hiccup.
