Somebody please tell me why QT is the best gas station/convenience store ever? The layout is the same for every one. The bathrooms are always less gross than other convenience stores. The service is always phenom. Gas is usually relatively cheaper than other stations in the area. This convenience store is pretty big and had lots to choose from. They have a made to order grill with breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and more! I stopped for coffee today, and it was really good. I love the way they check people out two at a time, one on each side. It makes the line go so fast! read more

With this qt being by the corporate hq for the phx area it is the absolute worst one in the east valley. The soda fountain area always smells ranchid, the tea area is constantly broken, half of the ice makers are either out ice or broken. You have to go through an obstacle course of urban campers and their pets in the fountain drink area. I was kinda hoping this would be a flag ship being so close to hq. But it is the sinking ship of the fleet. read more

Stopped in for some Copenhagen, but I was a little hungry. The hotdogs I walked by looked pretty appetizing, but I've heard so many "gas station hotdog horror stories", that I was hesitant. I asked a worker who was working in the vicinity what her thoughts were. About which ones she's tried and she was honest about the ones she hasn't, but gave the recommendation that we sell more of these and so forth. Miss Berkeley, also reassured me that I would not get sick. So I asked her name just in case. I'm here to tell you that I didn't get sick! Haha hopefully you benefit from this review somehow. This place is a fucking joke. Especially the guy working nights with glasses. Just find another QT if that guys working because they won't actually clean the bathrooms. It takes a few seconds to wipe down a toilet but that's too hard for these guys. They need to call the cops and close off an entire bathroom just to do a simple task. They're morons. It took them a fucking hour just to get to mopping it lmfao they did EVERYTHING they could to just ignore the problem. They tell me last week that the hot chocolate machine isn't broken. The chocolate is just out of stock. Okay. I come back this week and now it's supposedly broken without them ever putting it back into use. Great gas station with delicious food and coffee service is always prompt and friendly definitely recommend trying the pizza and brisket!

I had Joseph and Will help me in the QT kitchen, they were both kind and professional. They made me a grilled cheese with brisket, a salted pretzel with cheese, and for dessert, I had a ice cream cone. Everything was extremely delicious. Thank you for making my day fellas. read more

I think I may have found my go-to gas station when I visit PHX. Not only did I need to top off my gas tank but I also needed to put air in my tires. I think they have about 16 pumps and a separate decent parking for the convenience store so it's pretty spread out. There's also a traffic light to come out of the station so no hassle to get out which always seems to be the problem for me. Highlight: free air!! I haven't been to a station that had free air in a while! Even small town Cottonwood doesn't have free air! It's also in a convenient spot where you don't have to worry about getting side swiped by a car! read more

Today at around 2am I went into this store expecting my EBT card to be active with a balance being that I am a new EBT recipient I don't know what time it post funds... Anyway I went up to the counter to check out with my iced coffee and Cynthia was the lady behind the counter ringing me up my card wasn't working for whatever reason and after the fourth time I said okay and I started to walk out of the store and she then proceeds to say yeah your card only has three cents on it and you've been here before you've done this before don't do this again in front of another customer. I just moved to Tempe that was the second time I've ever been inside that QT Cynthia embarrassed me horribly she is very unprofessional and uncouth she definitely needs a class and communicating with tact and diplomacy. Do better in your hiring process and I'll be calling to speak with Gabby to get the district managers information. read more

This place is located right around the corner from my fabulous apartment. I like this place for a few reasons. First, it has really cheap gas! They also have free air for your tires! The parking lot/gas area is nice and big, so you can easily manuver your vehicle around without to many worries. The inside and outside of this place is nice and clean, comparatively speaking. The place is well lit, and carries a nice variety of drinks, snacks, and the staff here is CLEAN and friendly also. I think QT does a great job of keeping this place clean, and the staff is great here. read more

The guy was adding cappuccino bags to the machine in a ridiculously slow manner. I waited fucking 5 minutes for him to La De Da do his simple job. When I tried to get some he walked in front of my NOT MOVING ASIDE to spray down with water. I just dumped my fucking coffee out **in the trash** & left. Lol nice employee you guys got! read more

I can't believe I'm going to write this, but...I love this gas station. I was actually thinking it today when I got gas. The prices are usually a few cents cheaper than down the rest of Broadway going west, and it's so big! I never have to wait to get into a spot to pump gas. They also always have the window scrubbies I so enjoy and paper towels in stock to wipe off the drips. Inside, the bathroom has more than one stall, and there was a girl actually cleaning it. She was actually the girl who greeted me with a big "Hello!" when I walked in (they always greet people, even if they're ringing people up). I noticed that they always have food and drinks in stock as well. I also noticed that they have a sink outside the bathrooms for people if they get grease or something on their hands while working on their cars, and there's even a little cubby with bookphones and a map of the area taped on top for people with questions about directions. This QT, in my opinion, is quite possibly the best gas station in Tempe. read more

Yup, I'm reviewing a gas station. I like the Quiktrip chain in general and this station in particular. I find Quiktrips to generally be the cheapest gas in town. Sure, the Arco sign down the street might say it's 2 cents/gallon cheaper, but then you get whacked with the ATM surcharge, not to mention there's all those bums loitering in the adjacent bus stop. With Quiktrip, the place is well lit, there's always a trash can and window squeegee at every pump, the convenience store is better than most, and unlike most other gas stations, they don't charge you for the air compressor. Oh, and the person at the register will actually greet you when you step inside the door, while managing to sound sincere about it. Is that the coolest thing for a convenience store or what? Bonus: for those of you who enjoy shopping at the Hot Chick Safeway down the street, this is the Hot Chick Gas Station. read more

The place is always clean, the employees are friendly and will get you checked out ASAP, and their pizza is actually pretty good for a gas station. I live across the street from this Quiktrip so not only is it convenient to get gas here, but if I need to run inside, I can get in and out very fast, the place is super clean, and they have a lot of drink and snack options. I've never experienced a broken pump or not had my receipt printed... Which is a change of pace from typical Tempe gas stations. Always cheap gas here. read more

What can you say about a gas station? They have good gas at fair prices, usually cheaper that what similar grade companies are charging. All of their locations are clean and set up the same. If I'm on the road and have to use a bathroom, I almost always look for a QuikTrip because I know it'll be clean. Their staff is friendly, clean, and if there is a line inside the cashier has the ability to assist multiple people at once. read more

Beware of pump number 8. I was filling my tank with the "safety" latch on...washing my windshield when I heard a whining sound. I looked to see it over-pumped about 2 gallons of gas....it went EVERYWHERE. I waded thru the huge pool and stopped it from pumping. I had to literally push my SUV away from the gas before starting my vehicle. I could have been blown to bits in a fire-y hell. They promptly cleaned up the spill and I demanded that pump be shut down until it is properly fixed. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS PUMP HAS DONE THIS. It happened a year before. Come on boys...be smart and get this fixed before someone dies. I now smell of gasoliine....arghhhhhh. My main reason for getting gas was to fill the tank before prices sky rocket. I use to be able to go to any QT and find clean window wash water, litter free parking lot, and not get my shoes all sticky as I'm filling up. I continue to visit QT because of the great variety of drinks. But I'm not impressed with the exterior dirtiness. read more

I came in here today to get a tank of gas and a cup of coffee. When I went inside the place was an absolute mess water all over the floors. With only one dirty hard to see marker indicating that the floor was wet. Water was leaking out from underneath the coffee machines several the coffee machines weren't working. There were coffee cups on the floor the countertops were sloppy. when I walked around the corner towards the freezer headed towards the cashier there was still water on the floor from people walking through the other water. when I spoke to the cashier at the front he said no there's a marker. I told him he should probably have more than one marker. There were about four rags shut down to the edge of the machines that were not doing any good. when I pulled into the station there were no cars in the parking lot I was the only one as I sit here and fueled I saw a few people go in and out but I never saw the attendant go over to clean up the water. You're turned it was polite however he severely needed help. I am not sure if he was alone or not but I did not see anybody else with him. read more

I went in to take advantage of a $2 ham croissant. The picture on their app had lettuce and tomatoes. If it did say it, I didn't see anywhere on the coupon that lettuce and tomatoes aren't included in the discount. I wanted the cashier to acknowledge this and just make me feel better. She had a bad attitude and said it wasn't her fault. The guy who made my order, Alex (I believe), was great! He was so friendly, and when I told him he gave me a coupon for a drink. This place is awesome! I stopped in to grab a fountain drinks, which I do a lot because I love squirt and QT is one of the few places that has squirt as a fountain drink. I got my soda, I paid for it, and as I was leaving the store, I took a drinks and it was carbonated warer basically. So I went back in and told them that I was going to get a new soda because the squirt was obviously gone. The manager told me that they could quickly switch the squirt out real quick so that I can get that soda. I was in a rush, like always, so I told him it's okay I'll just get it a different option, no big deal. As I was walking out the door with my new soda the manager stops me and refunds me for the soda because I wasn't able to get what I had wanted. I didn't have to ask or bitch and complain to get it, they just did it. That was nice for a change. That's what I called customer service. Great job guys! read more

So like everyone else, I really do like QT for the most part. Only problem is, I've been experiencing a big issue there for the past several months, and nothing seems to be done concerning any resolve. I'll end up getting an item that is clearly marked one price, and then they raise the price when collecting at the register. I've let them know that the price was posted differently on the display and they have never adjusted the price for me, seriously never. I've actually been told on 3 separate occasions that I wasn't being forced to buy the item from them, so take it or leave it was the vibe I felt. This has happened to me at least 6 or 7 times in less than 2 months and it's a real blow that they do not honor their posted prices. Just feels forced to have to deal with this sort of mentality when you're truly helping them stay in business. Ultimately I find myself taking my business elsewhere whenever I can, because no one wants to experience this when supporting any franchised vendor. read more
