I used the restroom and grabbed a drink after filling my work vehicle. I saw the food warmer was empty. After going to the kitchen I saw they pulled a fresh pizza from the oven for the warmer and thought what good luck. I watched the pizza be cut and then waited exactly 18 minutes before it was boxed and put in the warmer. This was due to the employee handling the pizza doing one thing before pausing to talk to their coworker. Once pizza was put out I grabbed a slice immediately and checked out. Pizza was not warm and is usually hot coming from the warmer. Not only was this frustrating to wait but I believe cooking food to temp and then letting it cool almost completely before getting to the warmer to unfortunately reheat is likely not considered proper storage.

LISA is terrible. Every time I come to buy water and/or candy she makes my morning harder. Even though I stand and knock politely to get her attention, she continues to do non-urgent tasks, like clean the soda machine rack. This morning was the worst. She ignored me then made me wait at the window for about 3 minutes (I was the only customer present). I asked to buy spring water and another item, as I am parched from work. She went to take my card, then pretended the credit card machine was down. I said are you sure it's down. She said "yes". I looked her in the eye and said, "I don't believe you." Then I calmly turned on my heel and left. She did this with the full knowledge that I was in need of water. Five minutes later, I watched her complete a credit card transaction with another customer (a man in a white truck with an orange shirt on). She is making your company look bad.
