Her cell phone was off so I got worried and just decided to called the store. The employee Andrea answered and was so unbelievably sweet and offered to look around the store for her. When she saw my Grandmother wasn't there she even offered to check the surveillance footage. Turns out my Grandma stopped at a different store first and walked in as Andrea and I were on the phone. Haha. So all is good and I just felt the need to leave a good review for the customer service that was provided. It's not often you get to meet someone so genuinely nice like that. I can understand exercising conscientious objection if you work at a private practice but the CVS Minute Clinic is not that. There was not another provider on staff who could administer Depo for me. Asserting her religious objection to fulfilling her professional obligation negatively impacted my health and access to care. As a medical provider, it is her duty to do no harm yet her refusal to administer Depo caused harm. Medical providers have a responsibility to respect patient autonomy. I have no qualms with her personal beliefs but allowing her beliefs to interfere with her professional duties, as a CVS employee, limits access to care. She should find alternative employment as she expected me to find alternative care.

Every now and then, when I need something on the way home from work or to work, I will stop by here out of convenience. I have interacted with the staff, purchased various products, and browsed the shelves for other items over the years. The store is sometimes a bit messy and sometimes very clean. It really depends on the day I stop by. For the most part, the store is easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and helpful though sometimes it is difficult to find the staff in the store as the front of the store can be considered the back of the store, and the back of the store can be considered the front of the store due to registers on both sides. They also have products like ASU spirit items and clothing, which you won't find at all CVS stores. I have rarely ever waited to check out at this store. I encourage everyone to sign up for ExtraCare, which is a free membership and includes sales prices, deals for you, 2% back in ExtraBucks rewards, a $3 birthday reward, and up to $50 in ExtraBucks rewards at the pharmacy.
