To make a long story short when they were done installing the heat in the seats I was pleasantly surprised. The final price was a lot cheaper than was quoted. I was really happy. The owners reason was that while everyone was raising prices she was lowering hers. It makes a lot of sense to do that because it will drive more customers to have work done. The woman behind the counter was knowledgeable about what I'd need for my project and made helpful suggestions along the way. Also, I noticed that the dye prices in store were cheaper than what you'd find on Amazon, which was nice. Ultimately, I ended up getting 3 8oz bottles of dye, resolene, and deglazer. I probably didn't need to get the deglazer, and should've just used acetone but it was only $5, if I remember correctly, so no harm in just getting and using the authentic stuff. I was happy with my purchase and recommend Tandy Leather for all of your future leather needs.
