I ordered and received a very specific print of fabric. It was perfect. I made a pillowcase for a friend and she loved it! Thanks!

It's a bit cringe walking in, however, there is hundreds if not thousands of materials to choose from. Support your small businesses first. A 5 would be if they put everything in order.

The most incompetent and unfriendly alterations company! DO NOT recommend and I would recommend you…read morerun the other way. I also agree with the other posts. Grandma cannot speak English well, will argue with you, and very unfriendly and mean. When I place the order, a younger girl would interpret with her Abuela. I brought in Thai gold silk material that I purchased at another store and provide a pair of pants as a pattern and a photo of the look I was trying to achieve. The pants came back a nightmare. They were supposed to be slim leg pants. Instead, they came back wide leg balloon pants that a clown would wear in the circus. The folded material was never iron, and they cut, sewed and returned the pants with the deep creases in the fabric. The waistband was prepared horribly and buckled. I also brought in a fancy beaded material tunic to take in at the waist a little. The alteration was not symmetrical on each side, and they left all of the excess fabric and left a lot of loose threads. I junior high school person in home economics class with no experience could have done a better job. Grandma mad me make 3 trips to the store because they did not return the excess fabric with the pants as I had requested. I had to take the pants to another alterations company around the corner and pay extra money to fix the pants since grandma REFUSED to fix them to the way they were supposed to be. The shop called Heavy Threads around the corner on Harvard were able to fix the pants to an acceptable look.
