The instructors have a deep respect for individual expression and growth. Encouragement is constant, and every class feels intentionally structured to challenge you while still being enjoyable. And the warm-ups and stretches we do every Mondays and Wednesdays always makes me ready to learn a new dance or record or dance that me and my group have been practicing for a few weeks. It's always fun to see new people come in and go, but the most important thing is that confident is key and if you don't have that confidence you won't have confidence in your dance. I've been going to this dance classes for three or four months and I've been loving it. I've been excited to go every day to learn something new or add more onto our dance. The owner, Shawn, and desk staff are friendly and helpful; always happy to answer questions about levels, styles, and instructors. My go to is Arianna Hyatt. She teaches well rounded true to level classes (read the class description and know thyself). She motivates and encourages dancers to meet their goals, whether that is fun, fitness, training for an audition, getting back to dance after a hiatus, or perhaps all of the above. She provides a supportive environment while offering technique, structure, and a little challenge - if that is what you're after. The community she's cultivated within every class is palpable. If you're a beginning/intermediate or advanced level dancer, looking for ballet, broadway, or tap, definitely check the schedule for her. (Double check the level as she teaches a variety.) If you're on the fence, I'd say find any class that interests you at the studio and give it a try!

Current format is more broken down steps, on repeat, then more added to one song. Basically, you're learning a choreography. It's kind of challenging for me. Makes my brain and body work a bit harder to be in sync. There's also an abs section. I do love the new format, but I personally like the nonstop hip hop dance better just because I like nonstop cardio! LOL They offer a lot of classes & the owner is nice, mellow, yet fun personality. Complete Lack of Responsibility…read more At my toddler's ballet class, the instructor removed my daughter from class to use the restroom and HANDED HER OVER to a random adult I do NOT know - someone who does NOT work for the studio. I was sitting just outside the waiting room door the entire time. Instead of taking a few seconds to find me, the instructor allowed a stranger to take my child into a bathroom stall and begin undressing her. Let that sink in. When I confronted the instructor, her response was shocking: "I don't have time to look for parents." Excuse me? Your convenience does NOT come before my child's safety. This is not a minor issue, it's a major breach of trust and judgment. Handing a child to someone the parent has not approved to take them into a private space is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I don't care if the person was "nice" or "helpful" you never, EVER do this. I stay for every class. The instructor knows that. In today's world, how can anyone think this is okay? What happened tonight could have ended very differently and that is terrifying. Parents, beware. If you value your child's safety, think twice before trusting this studio.

Everyone I take to class here loves it, especially my absolute beginner friends. Management and front desk are also awesome, and I feel like they set the tone in this lovely space.
