I sold my apartment in June 2019 but wasn't in an exact rush to find a place but, at the same time, didn't want to wait too long. My wife and I were also considering moving to another borough, which would be our first foray out of Brooklyn. We decided that Queens is where we would move to and did preliminary research through mid-August but needed someone with more experience in the borough. That's when I was introduced to Katy. She did the preliminary paperwork, asked us a few questions, I gave her our parameters and she got to work. Every week she had 4 - 6 homes ready for us to see. She advised us on the ups and downs of not just the homes we saw but the neighborhoods. In some cases, she would outright tell us the house we were looking at wasn't worth it. She would negotiate like a pro and would get back to us very quickly. We went into contract at the beginning of Oct and closed by mid-November. Do you need an attorney? an inspector? an estimate on what it would take to reno? She's your person. She is a one-stop-shop for everything you may need for your search and things you never knew you needed. It's unfortunate I didn't meet her prior to selling my apartment as I'm sure she would've helped me get a healthier profit. I've recommended her to family and friends and everyone loves her as I'm sure you will too once you give her a call.
