They don't really seem to care about anyone just money hungry, I would advise to go else where. Reason why because you can still claim the $1,200 stimulus check if you didn't receive it through your taxes. I was never asked so he never filed for it, in order to receive it you'll have to do an amendment basically redoing your taxes and charges $75 to do so why should I have to pay ? I already paid $120 I'm a full time college student my taxes aren't complicated what so ever. read more

My dad has been doing his taxes here for years and once I started working, I moved on to doing my taxes here as well. Now, out of all the tax places in the world, why didn't I go somewhere else? Perhaps somewhere closer to my home? The answer is, no one will guide you and explain everything involved with your tax return as well as Carlos and his son. I'm a 21 year old college student. I started doing my taxes at 18. I didn't know and I still don't know much about finances, taxes and all that stuff but I can rest assured that any of these two guys will thoroughly explain anything so I can get the most in my refund. They won't bullshit you, or keep information from you. They're trustworthy as heck. Yea, parking does kinda suck there, but it's imperial Blvd. what'd ya expect? He has been in constant communication regarding my two years of non-filed taxes and was great at keeping things simple and, more importantly, calm for me, Their pricing is quite reasonable for the level of service that they provide and it has been a pleasure to work with them. For a little more detail on what I was dealing with, I had two years of non-filed taxes for my personal income, as well as two corporations that had not filed taxes (one for four years, another for one). I must inform you that if you are looking for companies or individuals who are knowledgeable in regards to getting the most for your money this is the place to go to. I filed two years of taxes for my husband and I last year in 2018. The person who helped us was very helpful in explaining and guiding us through this process as were young adults and are not knowledgeable when it comes to those sort of things. Everything was good and we were not aware of things we should check for when it comes down to filing taxes. I applied to school and tried to apply for financial aid I was approved but the only thing holding me back was that at Quint Tax Services marked me as married filing separately for the year of 2017 and for 2018 even though I had just gotten married in 2018. I called back, again not knowing what the process is and asked if he can fix the mistake. The guy that was on the phone stated you have to do an adjustment of status and you have to pay $75. In my opinion he made a mistake, we're all human, we all make them. I understand we have to pay so I shopped around and I saw if there was anything else within my budget there was not . He was the cheapest (or so I thought) and since he already had all my information I decided to call back, and someone answered I explained my situation and I got "well I don't know you have to do an adjustment of status." I told him okay well what are the steps and he said well i don't know you have to come in. I said okay well how much do you charge, he then stated it's $150 for an adjustment of status, surprised that he doubled the price I questioned it and asked how come last week you told me different, he right away was very defensive, and said well I don't know who you spoke with and I don't know what you told him. I simply said I said the same scenario and they stated $75 . He then got more frustrated and said well I don't know for a single person it's $75 and for a married couple it's $180. He was all over the place an started being rude. So I just said you know you were very helpful at first and now you're very rude and I want you to know you lost me as a client. I had referred my dad to him . My family and I will NEVER do business with someone who CANNOT be consistent with their customer service. I understand that it's tax season and it's busy but there is no reason why his customer service should change at any moment especially if I'm being very respectful and understanding about the situation. read more

Quint Tax Services is by far the best tax/accounting company I have come across. I have two businesses and went through many accountant/tax professionals who were awful. I actually had to tell one of the previous tax professionals that his job was to insure that I pay as little taxes as possible (one would think that a tax professional would understand this sentiment without the necessity of this statement). However, with Quint Tax Services, they work diligently to insure the lowest possible tax liability allowed by law.
