They never asked or consulted with me about the change. Now they won't change it back at no cost, and we are having to go to court. The wife got a new vehicle. So for Valentines day I thought I would gift her remote start on her ride. The team at Cooper electronics got me squared away in a timely fashion. Not only did he give me the prices over the phone. He also got me scheduled in super fast! I felt like VIP as soon as I walked in the door. They had a nice quaint waiting area with a clean bathroom and the demo display was breathtaking actually. Man they have it for you! The remote start was explained and done professionally. I can't have asked for a better experience. They even said if I have any troubles with the system to reach out and they would walk me through any help they could provide. It was pricey... Growing up in New York, I never needed my car windows to be tinted. Summer days rarely topped 80, let alone 90! Here though, I'm back to parking in an open lot post-pandemic. No trees. Blacktop. Sun, all day. 100 degree temps. I was getting home after my 25-30 minute commute, and my car was STILL hot. Swamp-a$$ was happening, and I do not need that after a day at work. So, I finally bit the proverbial bullet, and did a search for window tinting in OKC. Jackie Cooper came up on every review site, and people raved about their experience. When I found out that they did online booking, I was sold. (Why talk on the phone if I don't have to?) I chose a middle ground for everything, and to get the windows tinted (other than the front windshield, which is a separate, longer process), was around $300 for my Honda Fit. Pricing is straightforward AND on their website. There was no question about what I would be charged, which I so appreciate. I arrived earlier this morning, my appointment set for an hour. I was expecting at least that, if not longer, but decided to just hang out and wait in the AC. Doesn't hurt that they have comfy club chairs. But I sat at one of the high top tables...which had cushions on the seats. Like, these were not part and parcel of the chair, they had clearly added them for comfort, and it was fabulous. Every company should do that! The gentleman at the front counter was very polite, and was great at explaining things (I had to choose darkness of tint, and he explained a bit about each, which I appreciated a lot). Maybe 45 minutes later, I was done. Having paid online in advance, he merely handed me my receipt, and I was off after being told to leave my windows alone for a few days. My favorite is the little sticker they stuck over my window buttons that reminds you to leave them alone. They also locked the windows with a button, which...didn't know I could do that, so, learned something new too! (Look, I haven't driven this car more than once a week for a year, don't judge me.) On my drive home, the difference was immediate and very obvious. He said there might be some haze/bubbles until it cured completely, but honestly, it looks perfect, no issues whatsoever. Looking forward to putting it to the true test next week, but honestly, well worth the money, and it will save me a lot of pain this summer! read more

Great experience. I started with a quote for complete car audio replacement. Received within an hour. Spoke with Scott and he was great at talking through options and cost/benefit of different head units and speakers based on sound I was looking for. I went with Kenwood 958 head unit and 5-channel amplifier, focal flax evo speakers, and JL audio 8" subwoofer. The installation is beautiful, well hidden, and sounds amazing. Follow-up service was great. Had issue with blue tooth disconnecting and could not recognize my phone. I was on crutches at time and Doug came out to my car and worked with me to reestablish connection. He answered all my questions and showed me how to fix should it occur again. I had a great experience taking my vehicle here. Long story short, I had used the same tint place for years prior to coming to Jackie Cooper, but after a bad experience last year with that place, I was hoping to find somewhere new. After seeing a bunch of positive reviews on google, I decided to give them a try, even though they're about an hour away. I am VERY glad I did! Firstly, their prices are very competitive. Secondly, I was able to book an appointment online which aside from being convenient to not have to gamble on getting walk in service, is also nice because the prices are listed there. Thirdly, and most importantly, they did a great job. I am admittedly very picky, which lead to my fallout with my prior tint place, but I had no problems here! Their cuts are straight, their alignment is tight, and there was no mess left in the interior, The icing on the cake was that I was the only vehicle they were working on so I was in and out in well under an hour. My driver's side window needed to have the tint replaced and it was done in less than an hour and the price was quite reasonable.

My eyebrow window tint did not adhere. I was told the bubbling would go away in a few days. I waited a couple of months and it still looked bad . They told me to bring it in but when I did I was told nothing could be done. I later received a text message asking me to get the rest of my car tinted. I was told to bring my car back in and they would fix the eyebrow tint. That it would be no problem. I did take my car back in to get the rest of the car tinted and was again told it couldn't be fixed. It still looks bad. Shouldn't a business that specifically specializes in window tinting be able to get it right? The guy at the desk was friendly but the guy that was doing the tint was rude. read more

My experience was here was quite disappointing. I had to bring my car back to have two windows redone because there were finger prints in the tint. Upon replacing the drivers side, the replacement tint was worse. It has a line through it ( crease) that wasn't there with the first tint. The gentleman who installed it said it is a scratch in the window. Funny how it only showed up with the second tint application. It was apparent that I was just someone to get out the door or they didn't think that I would care about the appearance of the tint because it was an older car. Also, the slip solution stained my speaker covers and carpet. I would appreciate it if they called after the service or provided some sort of follow-up to ensure satisfaction. read more

The reason for not recommending Jackie Cooper Tint & Windows is because of hidden charges. I called and asked for a quote for my auto windows and I was told $299. I am a disabled Vet and tax exempt. I presented my tax exempt card at time of payment so I was expecting to pay $299, however I was charged almost $308. I asked why I was paying that amount and the guy told me, "It is for shop fees". Shouldn't shop fees be part of the installation? If not, inform me when I ask for a quote. I will find someone else in the future to install my window tint. Jackie Cooper did residential window tinting for us. Casey was the ultimate professional. After the initial appointment was set, he called to let us know he was on his way. We were interested in not only help with blocking the sun, but also darkening the windows to keep our light colored plantation shutters from looking so drastic from the outside. Casey guided us through the process and was spot on with what he thought we would like or not like. We had the quote (very reasonable) by the end of the day and installation the next business day. The radio that came with my car recently stopped working so I went into Jackie Cooper Tint & Electronics to explore my options. They sat me down and we went over my different options, payment plans, and even allowed me to see how the various radios worked before I chose the one I wanted. I went with the Apple Car Play and I absolutely love it!! It only took them a few hours to install the radio and after it was installed, they sat with me for nearly 30 minutes helping me figure out exactly how to use my new radio and answered all of the questions I had. I went to Jackie Cooper based on the one favorable review. I talked to an individual on the phone and was impressed by his helpful, professional manner. I set an appointment time and had two windows, front driver and passenger side, retinted on my 2004 Honda Pilot . They did a very good job of explaining to me what they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and what my options were. I opted for speed sealing the windows for an additional $25 and it was well worth it. The tint usually takes 3 days to cure and you can't roll your windows down for those 3 days. That is why I did the speed seal. read more
