Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. I don't often get massages but my neck had been bothering me so much I decided it was necessary to treat myself to this. Jihaad was my masseur. When I arrived there I didn't feel comfortable or welcome, he didn't really talk to me at all or introduce himself which made me uneasy. He said he hadn't been able to read the intake form I filled out about what was bothering me so I told him it was my neck mainly. My main issue was that he didn't spend any time focusing on my neck. Maybe 2 of the 30 minutes. His hands were very shaky while they rubbed me which didn't put me at ease but took me out of the moment. When he was rubbing my legs, I tensed up to the point where my fists were clenched bc I'm ticklish but he didn't pick up on my discomfort or stop. When he was done and it was over he just said 'thank you' and ran out of the room. I felt like I was on the verge of tears and like I had been scammed. It was more than $2/minute to get absolutely no relief from my problem. It's now the following day and I have painful bruises on my back from where he pushed in with his thumbs. I'll have to go home and ice my back tonight. All around such a disappointment. I wouldn't go back. This experience made me sad. read more

I've heard good things about this place, in specific it's massages. I figured why not try it's facial services as well. I booked a basic facial with Monica, it was horrific in comparison to other facials I've had. She used a brush to exfoliate my face. She used those vacuum sucking machines to get rid of any acne. My face is usually glowing after a facial for 2-3 days. When I left, my face was red, and it burned when I applied any product afterwards. I'm not allergic to any product but if it made my skin burn afterwards, it must not be good. In addition, when she was toning my face, she used a paper towel to clean up some spillage from the pillow and then applied it to my face. Very unhygienic! The facial was $100, which I had to pay in advance (a little strange but understandable) but overall, this place is a skip based on my facial experience. read more

This was by far the best massage I've ever gotten. I went with my husband for a couples massage and both of the masseuses (Marlene and Ivan) were very professional. They worked on every muscle accurately and made sure we feel comfortable the whole time. Mandi is magic! I'm picky AF for massages. I have scoliosis with a spinal fusion. So, I'm always afraid of someone snapping my hardware.
