Three appointments so far. I see the male doctor, Doctor BHATIA and he really cares about his patients and remembers everything you say, which makes me feel good to think I'm not just a number in line. The hygienists working with him were great, even offered a blanket, checked on me several times and were really kind because when I told them I was nervous. The woman who cleaned my teeth at my second visit was named Sydney and she was really great and gave me a lot of pointers to take better care of my teeth at home. They are all FIVE STARS. Now, I've had several interactions with front desk and that's where they lose stars. My last appointment was Wednesday and a brown haired younger girl checked me in. She was rude, made me feel like I interrupted her and argued with me and made me feel stupid when I didn't know my insurance was called a different name. She has the same attitude problem with every meeting, she almost made me walk out at my first visit during our first meeting when she did the insurance review with the cost. I've never caught her name because she doee not ever say it or introduce herself. There is normally a girl name Makayla at their station where you pay and she's nice enough and seems right on it, very smart and even kind and understanding when I had to use two cards to pay. I had Annie this week when I had my insurance review and she was exceptional. She seemed excited to there and made me feel like I mattered and didn't make me feel stupid either. I wish the doctor picked receptionists as good as he did hygienists because then it would really be a dentist office to write home about. read more

After not going to a dentist for several years and using questionable products I was really embarrassed at what was possible. I was so shocked. EVERY person was kind compassionate knowledgeable and gave me the absolute best experience. I felt respected cared for and given full attention by everyone I worked with especially the finance lady. I was expecting judgement or to be brushed off really but she was so nice. When she came in a second time and said 'I talked to your doctor and he wants to help' and walked me through more details I cried. You can just tell how much everyone cares. read more

HORRIBLE UPPER DENTURE EXPERIENCE: First upper denture bad fit, rocked in my mouth. If pressure on front the back pops off, if pressure on back the front pops off. Many trips back and forth 20 minute drive one way. I wanted the old fashioned way of taking impressions and they said they do both so I assumed they would grant my wishes. That was not the case. They did digital. After several trips back and forth they did impressions. Second set of dentures was made. Still not right. Midline is off, bite is off and even with adhesive they pop off one side or the other or the front depending where I bite. Dr. Birr informed me that at this point it is costing THEM money and that they will refund my money. Turns out it takes 6-8 weeks for them to "refund" the insurance so I can go elsewhere. I was going to turn the dentures in and currently I am waiting for a "form" to come in prior to me turning them in. Dr. Birr admitted that she does not like working with dentures. I was shocked because had I known that I would have never gone to Quirt Family Dentistry for dentures. I have been without the ability to eat since December 2024. It is now May 20th 2025. I am currently waiting for the "form" so I can turn in the dentures. The other horrible experience was during the root scaling process the hygenist did not properly give time for the numbing to take affect before injecting me with the numbing agent. It was horribly painful, I cried and told her that was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a dental office and I have had many procedures done. I had an appointment for 6 weeks, they knew exactly what needed to happen so I could get knee surgery. Then I get a call, they had not blocked enough time, and the next available appointment was 12.16. That's is almost another 5 weeks. I am done read more

I'm in disbelief that the only follow-up I've received from this office is a note on this app to say, call us at this generic phone number (the same number our appointment reminders come from) so we can discuss the details! Especially after I asked for a phone call, while I was in the office, from the appropriate person to discuss the matter before I gave them a poor review, and never received a call. read more

I would NEVER recommend Quirt Family Dentistry for the following reasons- I had dental work done in the first week of January, 2020. They double charged me for a couple of fillings which I had to pay for that same day. A week later my insurance company informed me of the incorrect billing and said Quirt owed me $93. I called Quirt and they confirmed that and said they would reimburse me. It's now 7 months and I call every month and they say it's processed and I should be receiving a check. They told me this in March, in April, in May, and in June- still no check. However, they did mail me a reminder that it's time to set up an appointment for my next checkup. I would hate to see someone who's financially effected by the Covid Virus have to deal with Quirt Family Dentistry. Find another dental office more professional with good customer service. read more

These people are my heroes. I had had a root canal treatment from the normal dentist I go to that ended up failing. The response from the dentist at each of my visits was saying there's nothing more we can do right now..even though it had been weeks, even though I was in excruciating pain and not sleeping for weeks and even though I had now developed an infection. They gave me antibiotics and was told to wait till an appointment opened up. Which wouldn't be anytime soon. They were booked solid. I started looking for any other dentist I could find that could help me. I would pay out of pocket. I was so desperate and in tears. The pain just continued to get worse. And each dentist office said it would be weeks or months before they could get me in. Sorry not sorry was the feeling they gave me. I really started to wonder what people do an emergency situation. Do they just sit with the pain and wait and hope the infection doesn't spread and kill them before their appointment in a month and a half? I couldn't imagine taking this pain for another day let alone a month. I felt so alone, like I had nowhere to turn to and like nobody cared. Then I talked to Quirt and they actually squeezed me in that day to be evaluated. And I was hoping so much that maybe we could schedule something in the next week or so for a root canal retreatment, assuming they even had any openings, and if they would even do it there, as my case was a difficult case. As soon as he saw me and saw how much pain I was in, he immediately said he would help me that day to get me out of pain. When he said those words I cried in relief. He was gonna do something today! They're actually had been a cancellation that day. It wasn't a three hour cancellation which is what I would need for the procedure but they were gonna make it work for me. And they did. He explained right up front that at a couple certain points during my procedure he would have to leave to attend to the other patients that were scheduled. Ofcourse he would! He just squeezed in a 3hr procedure! I said no problem. Just thank you for seeing me and making this happen. During the whole procedure he stayed in great communication with me, asked me if I was OK, asked me if i needed a break and actually explained things. Treated me like a person. They were also so funny, entertaining and fun. They had great stories around the office. Listening kept my spirits up. The last thing I would need was a crown to be done in another visit. They even squeezed me in to get my crown done before my trip which was six days away, by moving a lunch break around. I went in there in horrible pain and infection and they cared enough to help me. To not send me away like the others. The doctor overloaded himself to help someone in distress and brought me immense relief. And I just found out his name. It is Dr. Bhatia. Thank you so much Dr. Bhatia and the one assisting him (I'm so sorry I don't know her name) but she was wonderful. And the sweet receptionist, who set me all up with an amazing discount plan I didn't even know about. Love you guys. You are the best. **Also I should mention they seem to have ALOT of high-tech gear that my other dentist didn't have. Not to mention the amazing individual TVs that swivel to whatever position you want that you can watch while you're in the chair. That's awesome! read more

Had an appointment scheduled to get a tooth removed. One that the dentist said could be life threatening due to location and infection but yet I waited a month to get pulled, and they were sent me home for not confirming my appointment. I have two jobs and they call constantly all day, I don't have time for that. They tell me via text I'll have to wait cuz there is an emergency so I say I'll come 15 min later and they kick me out! My LIFE CONCERNING tooth issue and they sent me home?!? Are you kidding me?!? They should be sued for negligence. read more

Well, I was referred to Quirt Dental in Plover last year in May from the Tomah Dental Clinic. I am 100% VA connected since June 6th, 2000 & Quirt Dental tried to make me pay for an abcess or some kind of infection on the outside of my upper left jaw back in June of last year. They said they were waiting on approval from the Tomah VA & tried to get me to pay for it. It started to swell up above in May & I put my left finger in my mouth in October about 4:15 am & pushed real hard & it popped! And I spit blood & infection in a trashcan! They sure do not treat 100% VA service-connected Veterans very well. read more

Beware. I should have trusted my gut feelings and left this dentist right away. They will constantly lie to you. I did everything they said and was in the process of getting an upper partial and at the last appointment was told, no you need another tooth pulled. It was my front tooth which was never ever mentioned in any previous appointments!! I trusted them. Also when they do the periodontal charting I noticed my numbers were very high compared to any other dentist I went to. I should have questioned the ratings because when I first went to this dentist they were like my previous appointments and now they were very high! I let them pull the front tooth and had an upper partial made and when I received it it did not fit properly and I kept telling them that it was pushing my other front teeth badly. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. Eventually the partial was so ill fitting that it pushed my gums away from 2 more front teeth that again had to be removed!! More costs and pain because I let this office intimidate me! BEWARE, get a second opinion, my new dentist during the periodontal charting was 3 numbers less than with this dentist. They drained my dental insurance by August in one year!!. read more

We've been going to Quirt Dental in Plover for several years and have been pleased with their staff and services.

I have been going to Qwirt for quite a few years. Yes, they do try to sell, products, such as braces, whitening etc...I've declined those services with no problem. They give the option of a payment plan t hat suits me and I have had no problem whatsoever with staff. They have been courteous and kind to me. I recently had a root canal and honestly, I had no pain at all and it went very smoothly. I find Dr Birr to be very talkative, pleasant and I trust her judgment in handling my needs. read more

I was seen at Quirt Family Denistry last June for laser gum cleaning. I really liked the hygienist but I was charged double for the procedure based on an estimate from another Dentist . I retuned for a follow up cleaning a few months later. I assumed my dental insurance would cover the cleaning since I had not had a cleaning yet that year. when checked out the receptionist told me that aI needed to pay then and there. I stated that I had to go to the car for my checkbook and her reply was"make sure you come back in with the money". I was insuletdown and told my husband I would never go back. Then began the war of trying to get my dental records sent to my new dentist. I signed the release, asked them to be sent and my dentists office had called at least twice. Quirt says the records are encrypted and maybe my dentist doesn't realize this. I called my dentist again today and they have never received the records. Pretty lousy customer service!!! read more

Overall it was the best dental clinic that I have ever been to. I went in for a cleaning, xrays and Invisalign consult. Everyone was so nice!! They thoroughly explained everything to me. I didn't leave with sore gums after my cleaning. I could go on and on. I would recommend them to everyone!!! read more

The plover location is head and shoulders better than the Schofield, but still affiladated with business that sells unneccessary treatments to make $$ and don't dare miss a payment if you are even allowed to make payments because you will be turned over to collection so fast! I understand they are a business and need to make miney but I think they see $ dollar signs in place if teeth, if you're not careful you'll owe hundreds if not thousands and then find out that They DO NOT actually check if your insurance covers it, then they ask for payment before you leave!!! read more
