I just wanted to let everyone know how much my dyslexia tutor has helped me using the Barton…read moreReading & Spelling System. Brittany is a fantastic dyslexia and reading specialist that is extremely professional and effective. We do all the sessions remotely, so it is also very convenient. We have made so much progress in the short time we've worked together and I'm so excited to share about it!  After struggling with dyslexia for my entire life, I am finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I have learned more in the last 4 months of tutoring than I have in the last 20 years! I continue to be surprised and excited from all of the progress in each of our sessions. I used to feel extremely hopeless and depressed, which stemmed from my struggles with dyslexia, but now I'm looking forward to all that I can accomplish using the skills I'm learning with this program. I've failed in the past so many times, but now I really feel like I've found the solution I've always needed to be successful! I hope that others can find a solution that's as effective as I have found.  You can check out her website if you want to learn more at www.allstaracademyaz.com or by e-mailing her at www.allstaracademyaz.com or at 602-935-0868. In my experience, her communication is very prompt and she's super easy to work with.

Brittany has helped my daughter achieve a tremendous amount of success in the time she's worked…read morewith her. My 3rd grade daughter has dyslexia and experienced self- esteem issues due to her difficulty learning to read. She uses the Barton Reading and Spelling System with my daughter...we've seen major results and are excited to see how much more she will achieve! Brittany did a thorough free consultation with us and helped us understand how dyslexia affects my daughter's learning because her brain is wired differently. She then explained the plan for her success and stayed consistent with it the entire duration we've worked with her. She took the time to assess her, talk to us, and has continued that through out the entire journey. Brittany is caring, passionate about what she does and punctual. Don't hesitate when you need a tutor!

What a JOKE! Don't even waste your TIME or MONEY. The tutors are high school kids and they put them…read moreon a "math app" most of the time. Basically this is a scam and a "drop off" after school program. In response to knight: When I spoke with Knight he stated "she actually did worse than her first score(assessment)" I'm not sure where those testing scores below came from but they are not accurate. According to Knight my daughter wasn't doing well. Is my daughter doing well or not? This place is a scam don't waste your money or time. My major concerns: *many occasions there were more than 5 students in a tutoring setting session * My daughter stated she was typically in a group doing her own homework or was sat on an iPad to do math problems. Basically her "touring" was when she had a question, someone walked over to her to "assist". *Group tutors are teenagers The communication within the origination is terrible. I dropped off my daughter for an amassment (at my request) and no one gave my daughter the assessment. I had to take time off work and drop her off another day to take the assessment. My 5th grader spent countless hours in "tutoring" group sessions which were never logged. They never fingerprinted my daughter so there is no record of her attendance. When I asked for an assessment I was told to wait. I knew in my gut she needs to be reassessed to see if the group setting was working. My daughter took her 2nd assessment upon my request to see where she is at with her math and she scored lower than her first assessment. So what this says is that the group setting did not work and I wasted time and money because she was never given any assessment to see if it was really working. You do not receive any updates of your child's progression. They do not work with teachers even if you give each party permission to speak to one another. I was given a learning plan but there were no real goals with deadlines just items to focus on. This is a total JOKE and a waste of time. I suggest not to allow your child to attend here.

My son struggles with ADHD and poor executive function. I had taken my son to a neuropsychologist…read morefor diagnosis. The neuropsychologist suggested similar mental exercises to the ones Ms. Price offers. but the businesses he suggested were too far away from my home. My son continued to struggle with school and so I began to search for something closer.Through much prayer and diligent searching, I found Ms. Price online. The program she uses was just what I was looking for. I am happy with the progress my son is making. Along with improving his executive function skills, I have seen a boost in confidence level. Ms.Price does an excellent job working with him and he enjoys his sessions. I recommend Ms. Price at InteliBlast.

My son was not passing 8th grade math. I found Keli Price with Intelliblast. My son started…read morereceiving tutoring sessions from her. My son, of course, was resistant to tutoring, but over time he actually started listening to her, working with her and Keli really tuned in on how he learns. They worked so hard together. I was so proud of my son. My son found that with the right person teaching him, encouraging him and showing math is not the enemy, he could grasp it. Last school year in February, my son was sitting at 38% in math, in March, I had him start with Keli. The best decision I ever made! The last couple of weeks of school in early May, he got a 89% on his math test. My son did not show me his test that score, he waited and took it it tutoring that afternoon to show Keli first! This is the connection and bond they built. Keli called me over to look at that test. Her face was just glowing, you could see how proud she was of him also. All three of us did the 'Algebra Test Dance' together celebrating this moment! And what a moment it was!! As a mother, I was over the moon proud he accomplished this, I knew he could but he didn't believe in himself. He was proud of himself too plus in this couple of short months his self esteem has just soared. It was truly a night and day difference. My son passed his 8th grade math class! As a Freshman in High School, we are utilizing her again to be proactive and to stay on top of his Math. Keli Price is a phenomenal tutor. In a very short time, she figures out how your child learns, what makes them tick and how to get them engaged in something that your child did not like at all. Keli Price comes highly recommended in my book!

My daughter needed tutoring, so we called Tutoring Club. I initially spoke with a gentleman named…read moreRyan, who quoted us a total of $300 to $400 a month for 3-4 hours a week. When we got there, Daniel greeted us, and we did both the assessment and planning appointments ( he had us waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time for the planning appointment) with him. We later found out that it wasn't $300-$400 a month for 4 hours a week, but rather $360 a month for 12 months, covering 96 hours, and they run a hard credit check. This means she would be getting 6 months of tutoring for basically $360 bi-weekly, which felt misleading. I'd rather go to a tutoring place that doesn't do a hard credit check and is upfront with their prices. Additionally, Daniel was rude when I tried to discuss my daughter's needs; he would cut me off and talk about himself not even addressing or acknowledging what I just mentioned about my daughter.
