Shoutout to Frances, our Quik Park driver on the evening of December 10th at DTW. She dropped us off at our car and then waited. Our car wouldn't turn on--completely dead and battery drained. We got back on the van as as she dropped off the other customers, picked up a portable charger, and then helped us jump our battery. She told it was common for cars to be dead, and it was company policy to wait until they see the car turn on until leaving. Frances was our hero that evening. And Quik Park really is fast. As an avid traveler for the past 25 years for both Business and Leisure, my family and I have always used US Park however, due to their poor time management and severe decline of service we tried Quik Park for the first time on November 29, 2024. It was by far the Best parking experience we have ever had at any airport. This was solely based on our driver Lamotta. She was professional, cheerful, humorous and kind to every passenger on the shuttle. She was engaging and quick on her feet to help with luggage. The level of customer service was impeccable. Her sweet personality made everyone smile and put us in a pleasant mood after a long day of travel. I genuinely appreciate the level of customer service she provided and in my opinion, she went above and beyond her responsibilities as a shuttle driver. Easy drop off and instructions where to go off of this place's website. The lot seemed fairly secured, and I left my vehicle there for 5 days. The shuttle to and from the airport was quite expeditious. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes for a shuttle to the airport. When I arrived back in Detroit I walked out onto the curb and a shuttle was just leaving, but before I could get pissed about it another shuttle was boarding - NO WAIT. Overall a great place to leave your vehicle; although, I wish the coupon online worked, which it did not for me. read more

This 5 star rating goes to Helen! Got off our flight and went to jump on the shuttle only to find a giant line of people waiting for the same shuttle. What could have been mass chaos of people, it was organized and well maintained thanks to Helen!! She was out there making sure everyone was in line and no one cut in front of those who had been waiting, she was directing the other shuttles around and did it all with a smile. I've never had to call while waiting for a qwik Park vehicle, they seem to be there when you're waiting for a bus. Seems like every time we are off the plane and with our luggage and arrive at the drop off stop, they're right there! The week of March 25th 2023, 29 cars were broken into, with an additional truck stolen from the lot. They advertise this as a secure lot but somehow no one heard 29 alarms going off or heard a truck drive through a back gate. They didn't even know when these cars were all broken into! Check the cameras you say? They have NONE. My kids had a great ride home sitting on glass. Yes we asked if they had a shop vac or anything to help us clean it up enough to get home. Nope. Hassle free parking and airport with in 3 mile vicinity . Just take the ticket near entrance and park in the lane (A /B/ wtever) and the bus will pick you up and handover a slip of the location you parked when board. Keep the slip carefully with you and hand it over to the bus driver when u board on return from airport and they drop you near your car. Take your car n provide them the ticket .Just pay and go. Book online for $10 a day or make sure you print out the coupon as sometimes they might not accept the coupon on app. Otherwise parking is $11 a day. read more

I use the quik park shuttle service for work and I always lookout for Stephanie. Her attitude is always gracious and positive and her rides are smooth and comfortable. I do not like using quik park because many drivers are speeding, slouched back, and unprofessional. I have often used Quik park as a place to leave my car went flying out of DTW. Their parking lot is uncovered, so one does have to consider whether the hassle of possibly returning to your car - covered with snow is worth the savings over the covered structure at DTW. However, it is the least expensive option for longterm parking. It is the place with the red buses. They run almost constantly between the DTW terminals and their parking lot. The longest I have ever had to wait at the terminal for a bus is 15 minutes and it really was only one time. Most of the time when I walk out of the terminal there is a red bus waiting. When it is busy at the airport the bus fills up quickly and you might have to wait for the next bus. The bus is hold about 12 riders. The buses pick up in a covered area across from baggage pick up at the Macnemera terminal. I have forgotten where they puck up at the other terminal. To get to this area you have to go up one flight of stairs but you can use the escalator or the elevator, from back from baggage pick. Then go across the street on the skyway and then go back down one level to get to the area where all the shuttle buses pick up. OK I know this sounds like it might be a hassle but it's really not. What you get on the bus you give the driver a red ticket that was given to you when you dropped your car off and the bus driver puts them in order and then drops people off at their car. If you are the last person to get dropped off this might take five minutes. You should have your keys out and use your remote to flip the light so the driver knows which car is yours as he's announcing his next area of drip off. Before you give the driver your ticket you should look at it to remember what letter and what number space you are in so when the driver calls out "hey who's parked in J 15", you know whether it's you or not! The other nice thing that many drivers do is offer to actually put your bag in the back of your car. Not all drivers do that but there are some who do. Many of them in the winter, wait until you've started your car to make sure your car will start. I have had a situation where I was dropped off at my car, the driver did not wait and my car did not start. I called Qwik Park and they sent a driver immediately out to retrieve me so that I could wait in their offices for a tow truck. Don't forget to tip your driver! read more

This is the quickest and easiest place to park for flights departing Detroit Metro Airport. They have stellar throughput with regard to pickup and drop off. You barely wait 5 mins at either end. Nothing beats quick and efficient service from your car door to the airport door. It is only a 5 min drive from the terminal. I use this frequently for personal travel. read more

If you've ever had the misfortune of parking in the "Big Blue Monster".... then you KNOW how miserable your experience can be. Driving around & around looking for a spot.... and then WHEN you finally do find a spot, you are LOST and don't exactly know where you are in relation to the skywalk/bridge. SO you don't WASTE time waiting for the driver to deliver Everybody else. 2) When you fly back to DTW and realize that you have LOST your parking-ticket-stub (the paper that tells you WHERE you parked).... QwikPark has you covered. Just Tell them your License Plate #, and they will locate your car instantly. HOW?? BECAUSE they Took a Photo of your LICENSE PLATE when you first Pulled in. And if you have NO IDEA what your license plate# is (hey, it happens), QwikPark can still find your car by searching under the Date your flight departed, and Work it back from there. Qwik Park is the best airport parking lot! We have been coming here for years and have gotten nothing but courteous, respectful drivers and excellent service all around. I don't know how timing works, but whenever we see people waiting for their shuttle, we walk past them to ride on the big red Qwik Park shuttle that is seemingly always there. I believe they have a shuttle every 10 minutes, we've never had to wait in the dozens of times we've used their service. The process is simple; you drive up and pull a ticket. There is an attendant that will direct you on where to park your car, which is categorized by letters. They have a huge, expansive parking lot with signs directing you on what letter/row you're driving in. A shuttle driver is notified to pick you up at your car in your respective letter/row parking. The driver will take your bags and when you get on the bus, you are given a red slip with your letter and parking vicinity. This red slip should be kept in a safe place so you don't lose it while you travel; you'll give it to your driver on the way back so they know where your car is parked. Then you get shuttled to the airport and on your way. Once you land from your trip, you go back to where you were dropped off to get back on the shuttle. You give the driver your red slip and they take you back to your car. You're stopped at the gate to pay for your parking and then you're all set to go. I recommend checking their website before you go as they typically have a coupon for discounted parking rates. You can also use your Yelp app for check-in offers, too. They're affiliated with my regular lot, US Park, so I knew I would still get excellent service. Quick pick up, and there was a bus waiting in the shuttle area when I arrived home. An unpaid endorsement for Qwik Park. Winter 2016, returning from our Christmas trip, I watched half a dozen Qwik Park shuttles go by while we waited for Airlines Parking shuttle. I resolved to switch to Qwik Park So this year, when we left the terminal in 3 degree weather, there was a Qwik Park shuttle just waiting for us. This is my default go to parking when I go to the airport. You can get a coupon online or if you check-in on Yelp, you'll get a daily rate of $8. You can also prepay for your parking by going online... but I would not recommend that since you never know if your flight will be delayed, cancelled, etc. Just go there, get the ticket, park and make sure you check-in on yelp to get your special daily rate. Only compliant I have is... I have returned to DTW and found that they either don't have enough shuttle or we are just waiting because the only shuttle there is full... but this is also hit or miss... read more

I know, it can't be all their fault. I'm just annoyed by the fact that I paid $77 dollars to park my car. $11 a day and I hoped that I would not come back home to door dings all over the drivers side of my car. It would be nice to see a parking lot that made the spots a little bigger. Sure you wouldn't make as much money but maybe it would set you apart from the other guys. Maybe you would be at capacity all the time. Again, I know I can't blame the lot. It would be nice if people could respect others property. If others thought about how frustrating it is to have someone else damage your property because of carelessness. I will not be going back to this lot. I have used Qwik Park two more times in the last quarter, and had hoped on my return home from the third time using this service I could improve my review. The last two trips in the last 60 days were just right. They picked me up at my car, took me to the terminal, and I had the van waiting for me on return with a reasonable delivery to my vehicle... HOWEVER.... This weeks trip went out fine, my return was highly inconsistent service. The van picks me up from the terminal, and older woman behind the wheel, so I am not going to expect her to help with the bags, I am a gentleman. She drives us to the lot, drops off 2-3 passengers before me leaving four of us to drop off. We get to my row R, and she calls out R-17 a dozen times, and no one claims it. Is it an old ticket? Likely from her prior drop offs. 5 tickets, 4 of us on the van, and she stays there calling out longer, R-17, R-17. I speak up, I am R-15 at the poll. "No, this says R17". "I can see my car, just up there at the poll." I will save you some reading as that continues. Finally I say, open the door, I'll walk. I am the only one who gets off, there is no R-17, just someone I don't want to argue with and my only goal is to get home after a long week. Service here remains inconsistent. Some days good, some shifts bad, and watch out for your life when you go to the pick-up terminal as some drivers still gun it out of there... Why do I keep updating this bad review? Because Qwik Park used to be the best option. They were reliable every single shift and week (with very rare exception) and why I want them to return to that same superior quality. For me I would rather lump it at the Big Blue for a lower cost option than have this hit and miss delivery. I may go back and check it once or twice this year, but won't be expecting much. read more
