I was only provided 10.25 in quarters, I did notice that immediately after I was given change, the red light came on. I approached the cleaning lady, she pointed at the sign, which had the owner contact phone number. I called and was able to leave a voice message, requesting a call back. As of today, I have not had any calls returned to resolve the change shortage issue. So what is the point of posting a contact phone number if the owners do not attempt to call back. This only allows me to think poor management, and I do not recommend this place of business.

Entire business appears to be well kept and well maintained. I count 21 normal size front load washers, 3 super size and two extra large machines. 12 medium dryers, and 5 large dryers. Current wash prices range from $3 to $6.25. Dryers are $0.25 for each 6 minutes.

It's been a long time since we have frequented a laundromat and my previous experience was a little…read morehit and miss on the experience but when my washing machine gave up mid load and a huge pile of laundry, I knew I had to do something. Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

It's ok when it isn't busy. Some of the employees don't pay…read moreattention to what's going on. Today is the busiest I've seen it. Downfalls - the attendants need to dress like someone who works there. Most of the time you don't even know who they are. I had no idea who to talk with while I was there today. (And most times I've been there.) There's ONE handicapped spot. Beware, they let ANYONE park there without consequence so if you're mobility impaired, try somewhere else. This isn't the first time with this problem here.. and probably won't be the last. There really isn't a good walkway for handicapped people to get around all the cars either. You risk dinging people's cars with the metal carts when you only have one hand free to pull it. Too often they even let people park in the hash lines next to the only handicapped spot. *note* - I asked this guy if he realized that it was a handicapped spot and he told me he can park anywhere he pleases. He kept saying, "I'm in my car"... (the first photo shows he wasn't in there the entire time). There were spots open in the back (where we had to park). *Reported to the ADA for review.
