While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. The person in charge of scheduling never answered my calls, even after they charged my card the next day. They also broke my shower head and never mentioned it. Overall, terrible customer service. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

Technician did not arrive within the appointment timeframe …read more I had to return 2 hours later to have the carpet cleaning done . upon arrival , he started to change the pricing that was already offered to me and tried to convinced me I needed another service . Suddenly the price was 3 times higher of what was quoted. They don't explain they have different pricing. The woman also quoted $200 for both rugs ($1 per sq ft) but beware that this is for a basic cleaning with NO shampoo. It's $2 sq/ft for shampoo, and $3 sq/ft for their top level which is shampoo and a chemical treatment. He dumped his equipment on my tile floor and cracked a tile, and thank goodness I had the rug outside on the deck b/c he spent all of 15 minutes cleaning it, left it sopping wet (which would have ruined any wood floor underneath) and it took two days outside in the sun to dry. It doesn't look much cleaner and it smells worse (it does not smell like shampoo).
