Owner of practice charges an additional $200 on top of your copay and the reason given is that "she doesn't feel she gets reimbursement enough money from the insurance companies". Proceeded to do urine test and chest xray on top of covid, flu A&B, and RSV. Came back and told us we needed to go to an ER immediately due to urine showing several bad things. We did so. At the end of the day, diagnosed with pneumonia and after more urine and blood found nothing the "doctor" talked about. Scared the hell out of us for the great price of $200. Although they advertise doing school physicals, they will refuse you service stating "this has to be done by primary care". The lack of health history was the only excuse I received. Not sure how collecting health history from a parent is any different for a school physical than it is for any other patient seen. Do not recommend. read more

The billing manager has yet to contact me back after 3 months of leaving messages and having the office message her personally. Front desk lady with blonde hair was very unfriendly and tried to say my kid couldn't get help here. All she came in for was a physical, tried to deny her. When speaking at the front desk her response was "well I guess she can". Made a point to be unhelpful. Cherry on top was the gossiping from the physician and nurses. Very unprofessional don't recommend unless it's very urgent. Shout out to Danny for actually trying to find solution with a positive attitude. I walked in and I was ignored 10 minutes with the office lady. Then I was told it's gonna be two hours like she was trying to deter me from staying and then when I told her that my oxygen level was low, she let me take a room and had her PA help me out the PA slammed the door open with her hand on her hip and scolding me in an awful tone. She says where's your inhaler? I started to cry and said I told the lady at the front desk is expired. She then said Well, you need to leave. This is an ER issue not urgent care. I picked up my things and left. This was my experience, it was awful stay away from this place they do not care about you. They even have the nerve to post a big sign saying you need to be respectful and caring to the staff here. It's outrageous shit show!!! read more

I walked in for a rapid test saying I had a headache and that I'd been informed at work that I was in contact with someone with COVID. However the billed me as Un symptomatic and made me pay full price for the test. They patched onto one thing I said which was it could be dehydration, well sure, it could have been a lot of things, but I had good reason to believe it could be COVID. Convenient, but you will waste your day. I have been waiting for 3.5 hours with my son and I really just need them to look in his ears. Instead, I have seen the nurse go out to the cars for people who checked in after us to do swabs and take temps. I have been here before and even with very few people in the waiting room, you still end up waiting an hour. After calling you in the back, you wait there to see the doctor even after swabs results are done. Doctors I've seen have been nice, you just have to wait to see them. read more

I've been here twice for my son, the 1st time we waited and were then seen and told we needed to go to Evans emergency room because they couldn't do anything for him and his cold. Today, 2nd time my 9mo son has a stomach bug and throwing up for 4 days, been messing with his ears, and had a runny nose... first the nurse who walked us back wasn't even paying attention to us but took us back and didn't tell us where to go she just walked down the hall and I didn't see where she went so I'm standing there so confused where I'm going.. then she was just so short when asking questions.. the dr comes in 10 minutes later and asks if he's having any chest pains he's 9 months old. Then she said he's teething and just make sure he's taking fluids and give him pain meds and Benadryl... she gave me zero answers, my son is still feeling miserable, and she offered no solution to help. QWIK? Almost 5 hours wait period for a Covid "Rapid" Test. Come on now 2 hours waiting in a car then 3 hours inside a square room. Then they have the audacity to send a letter stating that we are barred from ever visiting their locations. We have an autistic child that is 4 years old locked up in a room for 3 hours. We repeatedly asked why the Rapid test was taking so long. They kept giving us the "your next"treatment. After all that waiting they got my last name wrong, my husband's name confuse with my sons name And I told them what was the point on filling all those pages with our name if at the end they not going to get the names spelled correctly. I'd give less if I had the option to. I strained my back horribly this morning to the point I had to leave work. After I came in, I had to wait an hour to get to a room and a half hour once there. Once the provider came in, she touched the area without doing a full exam and recommended ibuprofen which I told her I'd already taken and a muscle relaxer that the chart clearly indicated o was allergic to. I was referred to this practice by a close friend whose judgement I trusted. What a complete waste of time. I met with a NP for maybe 5 minutes who told me I needed to get blood work done but that she wouldn't refer me out for it. I asked where I can get it done and she said the family practice they also run. She gave me nausea medication and said if my problem got worse to come back. I ended up going to another urgent care the next day where I got x-rays and blood work and was treated. Financially this place is incredibly unprofessional. They said my insurance's website wasn't working the day I went in so they needed me to pay cash until they could check my benefits. Since I was referred here I agreed and paid $176 in cash. I have spent 2 months trying to follow up on getting my refund because I know my insurance covers urgent care visits and I've never had a problem in the past getting it paid for. I waited over 2 weeks to call and check in knowing that insurance and financial matters can take time. When I called Nicki, who handles billing, had not even started to look into my claim. Good evening. I am a Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience. I rarely ever post reviews unless the service was exceptional or substandard. Last night, my husband came home with a sore throat and fever. I assessed him and was obviously unsure what was going on without access to diagnostics. He vomited last night, was pale and broke his fever in the middle of the night. His sheets were soaked and he was miserable. The next morning, when he was feeling even worse, I checked his throat because complained of soreness, inability to eat/swallow, and general malaise. When I examined his throat, I noted white patches on his tonsil and swollen lymph glands bilateral on his neck. It was clear that he was in much pain. I took him to this facility against my advice. I wanted to take him to UCHealth, as I worked for them in the Memorial ER for several years, and trust their care. He insisted that the wait would be less and we could pay our co-pay and be on our way. I took him and waited in the car, per protocol (COVID-19). When he came out almost an hour later, he had no discharge paperwork and no prescription for the penicillin family. Rapid rest came back negative for Strep. This brings me to the standard of care. The NP that saw him was young and I'm am writing this review before I report her to the Board of Nursing for substandard care. I have never witnessed a patient with objective symptoms of step or mono be discharged without any prophylactic or treatment. This is very disheartening as this nurse is clearly not had the experience that she needs to care for the community. Prescribing medication in the penicillin family is standard of care for subjective and objective symptoms presented by the patient. This is my only encounter with this facility and will be my last if remedial training and or discipline is not implemented. I will now be reporting to DORA to ensure that others have not had to suffer in pain and not had to forgo eating due to a simple remedy that was not provided by those that we trust with our care. I went to quick care and it took them 3 hours to see me and it was not even busy. there were only 4 people there. What made it worse is that the doctor was prescribed me medication and it took them 4 days to call the medication in to the pharmacy. the medication was antibiotics so yes i needed them asap to start but nooo their excuse was oh we did call it in and they lied to my face because the military pharmacies are all connected. What a great place. I am a retired soldier, and don't have to wait for hours or days to get an appointment on Fort Carson any more. I walked in and was seen in less them 30 min. I had my prescription meds called in to my pharmacy of choice. This place is convenient and easy. The wait isn't exactly quick but it's not hours long. I walked in with strep and no appointment. The receptionist was pleasant and dealt with everyone accordingly. She handled a nasty woman with aplomb and diffused the situation. Once I was in the back, the wait was short. Dianne was awesome. I'm a strep carrier so I had been swabbed by the time she made it back. She listened to my symptoms and when the results came back, no surprise, strep. She prescribed the meds I needed and I was out. There's a reason this place doesn't have good stars on google or Siri. No one is trained. They have no idea what they are doing. They deny patients prescription meds and look confused at every corner. If you disagree with their poor decisions and feel the need for second opinions, they discharge you as a patient and threaten to have you arrested for being on their property. Every person from the front desk to the patient rooms looks like s puppy confused about how to go potty constantly asking questions and giving instruction that's incomplete. When you ask for more detail explanations they act like you're inconveniencing them. They don't actually mail you any documents when you have been discharged as a patient and they call you rude even after you have uttered a sorry and apologized multiple times for poor manners. Don't bother with this place they aren't even good enough to be considered B care. Poor quality everything. Lack of communication and law suits are against several of their doctors in practice. read more

Absolutely horrible and will NEVER go here again. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the receptionist typed away and when she was done, she pointed to a clipboard and told us to fill out the paper. We could have done that while she was typing if she would have acknowledged us. Also, I'm there for my problems and don't want to hear the receptionist telling other patients about her problems. There were about 6 people waiting for Urgent Care and the receptionist announced to the waiting room that the wait time was going to be really, really, long.
