If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Left a message and didn't get a call back till the next day. Made what I assumed was an appointment - to be waiting at the location by another woman saying "she was expecting me" to later have her hand me the phone and ask me whom am I?! She called me back and wasted 5min of my time explaining she wasn't goin to be able to do my hair or reschedule- with more explanations- so I could not trust a person with so much talking around in circles vs just saying straight up--- so I found another person within the area which I was very happy to take my business there. I needed a cut and being a man left it to the last minute. David took me same day and spent a ton of time thinning and styling my ample COVID-locks and mane. Honestly one of the best barbers/hair stylists in Clearlake. Ever time I come in I get the closest haircut possible to what I want. I have a cowlick in the most inconvenient spot and they always manage to make it work. I always leave a good tip because of this. 5/5 stars. read more

Not a good choice for me. Didn't get the cut I described, no resemblance whatsoever to the picture I brought and the length was dramatically shorter. Asked for shoulder length and got chin length hair that was cut even shorter than that. Maybe a good man's barber. read more

I got the worst service ever!! Do NOT go here. I paid 270$ twice and wasn't happy with my results either time. was charged $70 for color depositing shampoo & conditioner that she tested on my hair and then diluted it and she refused to color my hair for me and told me to apply the product myself even tho I set up an appointment to have her do it in advance. When I returned and told her that the product didn't work she just told me "at least it kept your hair a pretty blonde" but my hair was supposed to be purple. she did not offer to fix it or refund me. do not come here. read more
