We went here for the first time for our 20 month old's first haircut and Rose went above and beyond to make him have a great experience and an adorable cut. Since then, we have been back twice, once for me and once for my husband and she has absolutely nailed both haircuts and is just the sweetest, most lovely lady! I'm writing this review strictly on the nail service I received yesterday from misty. I'm very torn even writing this because she was as nice as can be, a mom, and working which is all positive! However, the nail service I received was by far the worst I have ever had. My nails were not cut or shaped at all, my cuticles were not touched (pushed or nipped), and my polish was very poorly applied. At no point was a tool, other than a nail file used on me. When I asked if she was even going to nip my old cuticle her response was she is Afraid to nip anything??? My old shellac was removed by filing because I was told she left her acetone at home?! One finger was even cut with file when removing old shellac. My toe nail polish was missing spots on many toes, applied very far from the cuticle and very messy. My shellac on my fingers was all over my skin and one thumb was not cured all the way and bubbled, peeling before I even got up to leave. When I mentioned this, i was told to just call if it comes off. Clearly it was going to come off. I received no manicure with my shellac application ($35) (I received nothing other than the top of my nail bed being filed down) when she went to apply the shellac there was dust all over my nail!!!!!! So, it wasn't just one thing one inappropriately doen, it was EVERYTHING!! I really feel like she should not even be allowed to work on clients till she is actually trained. Yes, I went and got a refund and went somewhere else to fix them (5 hour day in salons) the reason I'm torn with this is because she should know that what she is doing is not ok. U can not take people's money not knowing these nails look horrid. And being that she works with other nail techs in this salon I Would EXPECT someone to train her before anyone else spends their money!!!!!! read more

I am man I have had for every haircut for four years here because the treatment here cannot be found anywhere else in the world I had a bump on my head that I was very self-conscious because I had surgery, with a shunt put into my head on the top but with the professional work of Maria she was able to make it invisible because unlike anybody else she cuts my hair with scissors in this day and age It allowed her to be detailed, she is able to hide, 3-D bump in my head as well as all the scars on my head.Which is what some people have on their entire body. read more

Went for a full set with Nicole and I couldn't have been happier, she was very sweet and nice to talk to. She was very focused and even did all the shaping by hand, no drill! I had my nails done by Nicole, she was pretty nice but was more interested in having a conversation with her bestie than having one with me and asking how I was doing, which made me feel awkward. She was so invested in that conversation that she ground through the gel nail and well into my own nail and took off some of the white tip then she covered it with shellac but she did it all kinds of sloppy! When I left and got to my car, I went to open my car door and she had done them so thin that all of the nails broke off at the tips including the one she ground through ripping off the nail she weakened and exposing my nail bed. I didn't want to complain to management because shes new (or at least I hope she is) the other girls did excellent jobs on their clients and were all really nice I just wish I made an appointment with them and not Nicole. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever endured the first experience was a color and it was not the color that I requested. The stylist said that she did not have the color to do the hair color that I wanted and that she did the best she could. it was not articulated to me in the beginning that she could not do the color that I first requested. I called the owner to let her know of my concerns she was condescending and rude and said that the stylist would give me a call me back because they are independent contractors. The stylist called me back and said that she would charge me $40 for a haircut and would return for me $60 out of the 125 that I paid. I told her because of her botched color job that two dresses were ruined in the process because of the red hair dye running onto my clothing and she said she apologizes for my dress but she will not be compensating me for them even though she was at fault so I took in an intent to sue and demand for payment. she handed me an envelope which I presume to be the $60 and she got in my face and snatched it back when I told her that I would still be seeking damages for the dresses this is absolutely the worst hair salon I have ever been to in my life and I want everyone to know of their poor customer service and unwillingness to work it out with a customer read more

My Daughter and I went there on Saturday the day before Mother's Day, I had to wait about 25 minutes which was ok, the when it was my turn the lady said can you give me 5 minutes I need a break I said ok but it was 15 minutes by the time she got to me, when she did she was very rude this was the older lady in there. she said to me very loud oh you have dread locks I did not have dread locks i DO NOT WEAR DREAD LOCKS ! so she wash my hair didn't know that was extra, when I got to the chair she cut a large portion of my hair off then cut around that part she did a very sloppy job of cutting my hair. when my daughter was looking at the price board stand she pick it up and you would of think she was stealing it the lady rush over there she was so rude the place was also dirty. I couldn't brush my hair in the back very well because I have Arthritis in my fingers. and I told her that she didn't care. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN !!! read more
