He also makes commitments to provide more proposals for additional work outside of the decking profession and then falls short because he says his time is very limited. Or possibly it's not enough money involved to interest him. Once he's made the sale and collected his money, he has no regard for any of his customers concerns and actually becomes very arrogant and defensive. I would give 4 stars for quality of work but 3 stars for his company overall.

He made us feel like we were his only customer and I imagine he provides this level of service to every client. Furthermore, the crew that came for the demolition/deck build was gracious and communicative. They cared for our yard and made sure everything looked spic and span when they left. Quality--The deck looks great and the Trex is a great improvement upon our rotting wood deck. Kevin showed us many options and finishes. We were thankful that he never pushed more expensive items on us. The sales process was never pushy. Timing--We wanted the deck done quickly and the whole process was done within two weeks including the initial consultation, picking materials, visiting the showroom, and construction.
