I'm usually hesitant when someone says, if you have a key I can do work when you're not home. Had no problem with providing spare key. He did not disappoint. Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. By the time I got home from work, everything was complete and not a speck of dust. I really can't say enough nice things. Highly recommend for any and all home improvement projects. Had a problem getting dead bolt and door latch to work. I was told he'd return to fix it as he warranties his work. After two weeks, he has not returned. After contacting him he told me he doesn't warranty parts he hasn't purchased, which is ridiculous as the parts are not the problem. I need to hire another contractor to fix the existing problems. Be very careful, Paul is very good when the project is being done and the money is flowing. After support warranty, no such thing from them. He did my roof in Kings Park and we are damn glad he did, it came out amazing and was done the right way. Tony was the only roofer who explained how he needed to remove some siding and install ice shield up the outside walls and it would take some more time to get it done. Not one other roofer even mentioned they would do this, When I asked Tony he said that's because it's the right way and we take our time to do it right. On the last day when they were almost done (2 day job)Tony did not like the look of some flashing against my brick, it was water tight but according to Tony it was not aesthetically up to his standards. Most roofers would said screw it good enough and leave but he came back the next day and completely re-did it to make it not only look 100% but function 100%.
