Took 2 months to fully be done with the process and 4 separate visits. They tried to install a beat up floor model first, second day tried again with new parts installed on the same beat up model. Eventually ordered what i paid full price for and one more visit to replace the damaged door panel it came with. In the whole process we must have called them 10-15 times and never once received a call back...only way anything got done was if they picked up randomly and/or you go to the store again in person (which i was forced to do to get the damaged door panel ordered and scheduled. In the end, my cabinet is damaged from having a dishwasher installed and removed so many times by uncertified installers. wish i could post the pics here

He gerry-rigged the knob and said we could use the dryer but we had to turn the makeshift knob very carefully. A new knob needed to be ordered. Then he blew us away by saying he could order a new knob and come back to put it on and charge us for the part and also a service fee. Or he said we could order the part ourselves (he even told us where to get it and he gave us the part number) and put the knob on ourselves. What an honest fellow. The part turned out to be less than $8. He charged us a service fee for this house call and work. We would definitely call him again if any of our appliances broke down. On top of all that, he was a personable and informative guy.
