We drove over an hour to Alpha One Chevrolet fully prepared to buy a vehicle the same day. This vehicle was clearly not inspected, not reconditioned, and not ready for sale. That alone speaks volumes about their standards. Despite this, we were still willing to make a deal. What followed was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional dealership experiences I've had in years. The salesperson, Joey, made it immediately clear he had no interest in advocating for the buyer. Every concern was deflected with vague excuses about what the dealership "had in the car," and we were given conflicting and misleading explanations about how the vehicle was acquired. If they are willing to be evasive about basic facts, it naturally raises the question of what else they are hiding. There was zero flexibility despite clear condition issues, and the sales approach relied entirely on pressure and stonewalling rather than transparency or value. Management never once attempted to engage, resolve concerns, or even introduce themselves. The manager couldn't be bothered to step in and try to save a legitimate deal. Even the front desk interaction was cold and dismissive, as if customers were an inconvenience. I have purchased many vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. Alpha One Chevrolet stands out as one of the least transparent, least prepared, and most disrespectful operations I've encountered. They appear completely unprepared to work with informed buyers and instead rely on opacity, pressure, and top-of-market pricing for poorly presented inventory. If you enjoy being talked down to, pressured, and expected to overlook condition issues while overpaying, this dealership may be for you. Program just one key they needed me to have two keys in which I've never in life heard of that before horrible service broke my instrument cluster wanted to charge me $900 originally for two taillights and labor that were only $245 for both from cadillac rhat only took me 6 minutrs to install and wanted to charge 1hr labor at $125 do not use them they will scam you and price gouge you so bad. i ended up paying $698 for more problems then I had to begin with. I was forced to buy a key I didn't need and absolute horrible customer service from a Mandy lady service representing them. Garbage then have the nerve to say if I buy a new cluster they'd program it for free when your own mechanic messed up the first one which wasn't a issue in the first place. I only went to alpha for them to program my BCM which was $160 I leave spending $698 with way more issues then I had. Now my dash doesn't work and my original key doesn't work. Straight scam artist and the worst service ever in life. They aren't mechanics they're reading online instructions they are parts changers and not good ones at that.
