We agreed upon an April 1st date after he told me it was too cold for him to get in earlier than that. I should've have taken my cue at that point he wasn't really interested in doing the job. April 1st comes along and he's a no show. I communicated with him and he blamed his partner for a scheduling miscue and said he would "try" and reschedule me. Try? Any good business owner would immediately make some room and finish the job if he/she were honest and had some moral principles. Ten days later he still hasn't bothered to reschedule. Bottom line, he really didn't want to honor his phony discount. Roger, keep alienating and lying to your customers and you will soon be finding a new line of work. Good riddance.
