I ordered one of their products because they advertise fast shipping, but that turned out to be the biggest lie ever. They didn't even package the product properly it arrived in a regular, beat-up box with no instructions included. What they seem to be good at is advertising their products. The owner, Jeff, is also an internet troll. He can't handle opposing opinions on Facebook or off-road forums, and if you share your honest feedback, he'll accuse you of working for a competitor. I mean, who do you think you are with your cheap products? You charge premium prices while taking zero responsibility when issues arise. Even if you purchase shipping insurance through them, they still refuse to take accountability. This is my honest review of the 6th Gen 4Runner rear pucks from Westcott Design. Despite advertising fast shipping on top section of their website, the processing and shipping were very slow. It took 6 days for me to receive the product here is SOCAL, and I was surprised that it arrived in a regular flimsy small box. So Westcott can't afford their own branded box when you order something? After paying $233 for two pieces of aluminum, you would at least expect some sort of decent packaging. The only thing I liked was their responsiveness when selling the product, but at least put it in a WD box or package it better. read more

These guys deserve 20 stars... I researched lifts for my 2024 Tacoma to death & thought I made the right choice. Folks, let's rewind a minute before I made the best decision lol. I cold called called Westcott (probably one of the most legit in the business) on the phone as a total noob and asked questions, I'm sure Google could have explained, but I just couldn't grasp. I spoke with Greg, who instead of blowing me off and simply relying on Westcott's brand name recognition and reputation for a deluge of future customers, Greg treated me like a long time customer and had INFINITE patience with all my annoying questions. Greg also actually seemed to care about MY goals with MY LC250, instead of what he would want or what would make the shop more money. Greg not only helped me find what fit my needs perfectly, he dealt with my last minute scheduling issues like an old friend, with ZERO hostility and made it work last minute! I unfortunately had to cancel, as we ended up taking a trip Overseas after all. When I came back, I called Greg, and we picked up right where we left off. Greg looked after me the whole way and they even came in a little cheaper on labor from their quote. At this point, why are you even wasting your time, reading the rest of this long ranting review? Just call and book an appointment and make a fun drive out of it!!!! P.S, the waiting room is pretty cool and the shop looks awesome. Be prepared to geek tf out at all the builds, gear and stuff. The couches and chairs were also super comfortable and they had a fridge of ice cold waters on stand by and other refreshments. Can't wait to bring her back to Greg and the team for some more work! Parts are pretty good and customer service is friendly. However, it can take awhile to get resolution on issues. I had a bolt break and a plate get threaded. Took 3 weeks, texts, and 5-7 phone calls to get resolution. Replacement parts are expensive and they have to sell you more parts than you need. I was also under a completely different impression of what would be included for the price. In the end, I should have skipped customer service/paying for parts I didn't need and just tapped the plate and used a bigger screw. Lesson learned. read more

Wescott Designs, I could kiss you!! You really saved me after a months long battle with diagnosing and resolving a crunching sound I was having with my off-road vehicle. To make this long story short, I had an aftermarket front bumper installed on my SUV by another shop in central phoenix in Jan of 2021. That shop didn't accept that their work was to blame for a crunching noise, they "diagnosed" the sound to be a problem with my suspension and quoted me a high enough price on that job which sent me looking for another shop. Shop #2 did the suspension work that shop #1 convinced me I needed done. Unfortunately that did not resolve my problem and we started going down a rabbit hole of swapping out working OEM parts for new aftermarket parts or other new OEM parts. Shop #2 ultimately couldn't find the source of my noise problem and I was referred over to Wescott Designs through one of the off-road groups I am a member of. Wescott was the third shop I brought my vehicle to and they diagnosed the noise to be with a poor installation job with the front bumper that shop #1 did. While I was there, we ended up replacing the stock lower control arms for some badass off-road lower control arms. Wescott did not charge me what they should have for retooling the work that shop #1 left me with as I was also having them do that work on the lower control arms. I am forever grateful for Wescott bringing an end to my 7 month long ordeal with this noise problem. There are a lot of off-road shops out there, but Wescott is certainly top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back here and I'm definitely telling all my friends to do the same. read more

Great service for my 2019 Tacoma 4x4 needing an alignment. Called in and spoke with Tommy who was able to get me an appointment for an alignment about 7 days out. Quoted $140. I received an email and text confirming my appointment. Nice. Showed up for my 8:30 appointment and was greeted by a friendly young lady at the front. Tommy popped out of his office and got my truck checked in. Efficient. I waited for about 90 minutes in the comfy and well appointed front area. Lots of static displays of wheels, tires, superchargers...a gear heads paradise. Even saw Jeff Wescott, easy to spot with the broad shoulders and furrowed brow of a successful business owner. He was rearranging product up front with a couple of employees and smiled and welcomed me in. Nice touch. My truck was done at 9:45...Tommy test drove my truck and delivered it with fresh caster and a printout for my records. This was an excellent customer service experience. Westcott Designs has some of the best quality products in the off road aftermarket world. The Good: I bought their roof rack. It looks amazing. There is no wind noise. When I started driving I forgot to think about the noise. I drove 85 mph and if I really pay attention I think I can vaguely hear a new sound but that might be in my head. I've driving around for one week, MPG has not changed. I got 17.8 - 18.2 mpg before the rack and same today. But I drive slow and steady. I drive barely above the speed limit. So not sure if it would change for faster drivers. The Bad: I ordered on Black Friday for the 10% discount. They told me "up to" 30 days for delivery. I finally got my roof rack in week 7. But only after I threatened to cancel. I sent 6 emails to Nicole and order status and sales email addresses. It would have gone into week 8 or even 9. I hadn't heard a peep since I ordered. I had road trips planned out for my Christmas and New Year vacation. I assumed 3-4 weeks for delivery. So I did both road trips without my roof rack. Also bad - I used the affirm payment option. I didn't know I would be charged $120+ for the payment option. Otherwise I would have waited to pay in cash. Needless to say I did not get any savings for Black Friday. The Conclusion: They have excellent quality. It's the best roof rack. The most minimalist roof rack. And the lowest profile. read more

We have brought 4 vehicles here. The first was a 24 Sequoia Pro, they were supposed to level it and we had to bring it back because they used the wrong level kit. Then we brought 2 Tacoma's here for my kids and they did a good job as far as I know. Now for the 4th vehicle GX550 , we brought it in for a level and it is not leveled. After being talked down to by Jacob, we almost didn't bring this vehicle here. After all this we didn't want to deal with them anymore, but my husband decided to call. Jeff told him they had other complaints about this. Now we have a quote to actually get a level and they want another $700 so we would now spend a total of $2000 just to have the vehicle leveled?! I gave them multiple opportunities to do right by us, being a small business I didn't want to leave a review however, now I feel I have to. They don't seem to have their act together. Not sure if it's just us or if others feel like this as well. We will not be bringing the anymore of our cars here. read more

We just had the Westcott Designs Fox Coil over lift put on our tundra TRD PRO. Can't wait for tires tomorrow but will post pic now of After on top and below on bottom. The first thing we noticed is it improved the ride, not as soft as it was stock which was a little too soft for us around town. Ordering and shipping was super quick and easy, install looked simple enough but we paid for a professional to install as we didn't have the space to do it. This was under 1k cheaper than when we had a Denali that we had leveled and installed and that rode like crap, this rides great. Super satisfied and glad we found this company and product. I'm a owner of a 2021 Tacoma trd pro. I purchased the 2020/2021 Tacoma Fox TRD PRO Lift kit advertised on there web site. They claim that it provides a 1.5" front lift and 1" rear lift. I had a local Toyota dealership install there kit and I ended up with a 1" lifted front end, 1" higher then the rear of the truck. Jeff the owner made a bunch of excuses and provided no remedies. I had to remove a part of his kit to fix the problem. Two trips to the dealership, two alinements at my expense. If you think I'm overly critical, go to his web site and read his claim.
