Well I wasted my time, Mikes time and the people of 5 other estimates. They came in well below other Richmond / tri city area businesses. Not sure why they are so high or he. I believe they're using variable pricing and they try to tease out who you are and what you're all about before tossing you a seriously unreasonable price. They pitched $500 for cleaning a select area of a single-family house, which is absurdly out-of-the-market, for this type of cleaning for this area. They also told me over the phone that they don't offer the carpet shampooing and cleaning that is shown in their very pictures on their own Google profile because they "don't have the time for that anymore", Their profile pictures on the various review sites show an SUV decked out with paint and graphics to show the company logo, and a professional looking cleaning staff smiling in a conference room. The reality however, is far from that. They appear to be using some kind of AI business-service that continues to upload pictures for them, and I can see, just a month ago, again, they uploaded that same photo of them steam cleaning carpet in a house. But they don't steam clean, or shampoo carpets. Make that make sense for me. Secondly, they told me that one person will be sent to handle a deep cleaning. For an entire house. 2000 square feet, 3000 square feet, it doesn't matter. I asked how that is possible and they told me that their staff is trained to do an entire clean in one go as one person. My hesitation was that that one person would be exhausted by the time they get to the end of any house. I really felt bad for the person they sent to clean because this person definitely did not deserve working conditions like that; they should've been straight-up with this person about how much house it was, and probably sent two or three people, as is pretty standard with every residential cleaning service I've ever seen, especially for a deep clean. Which brings me to: they demanded to do a deep clean and pay the price for that, because their rules say that if you haven't been a regular customer you have to take a deep clean from them, which is several hundred dollars more. I would think as a business talking to the customer, you take what you can get. I only went with them because the other few companies I called still had not even returned my call, but I will certainly NEVER be using Incredible Cleaning again. I recommend you do the same.

In 2022, we hired a Homeview Builders (Justin Ruble) to build a privacy fence around our back yard…read moreand paid over $7,000. The fence was so poorly and improperly built that it has caused serious safety and liability issues (broken gates, entire panels leaning 30 degrees, concrete and posts coming out of the ground). Even the materials they used were old, dirty, and sub-standard including several moldy pickets. We had an independent inspection done of the fence and he said it was the worst build he's ever seen in his decade-long career. Homeview's own crew that came out to take a look said it was irreparable and had to be completely removed and replaced because of how extensive the problems were. At first, we tried to work with the Justin to have get a refund, rebuild the fence, or have significant repairs done. But after months of delays and excuses, he sent out a crew to do repairs he believed would fix the issues. Again, I foolishly trusted him to be able to fix it since he promised he would/could. Turns out, his crew's incomplete, shoddy repairs only exacerbated the issues. We had no choice but to take him to court for a refund. Today we won that case and will work to get our money back so we can finally install a safe fence. Justin/Homeview is NOT licensed with DPOR to be taking on the contracts he does and is obviously unable to perform industry-standard work according to two different second opinions. He is operating fraudulently and illegally. He is currently under investigation by both the Attorney General and DPOR. Further, he never once came to see the ongoing issues himself. His crew never spoke to us, just entered our property unannounced and left without saying a word. I'm sharing this as a warning to others because over the past few months I've heard of so many families who were taken advantage by scammy contractors just like we were. He talked a great talk and seemed very professional, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. And he doesn't just build fences - he advertises himself as a roof and window installer, deck builder, and more. I can't even begin to imagine the damage he's caused to peoples' homes. Most of all, trust your gut. We trusted this person with the safety of our home and family, and he failed us. He had great Google reviews and recommendations but has caused our family months of stress and financial loss. Please be vigilant when choosing who you hire -- your safety, your family, and your peace of mind are worth it.
