It was a renovation of the kitchen, living area and bathroom, HVAC and On-demand Hot Water. Plus some outside work - pouring a concrete pad for gazebo and RV Port. While I personally like everyone that we worked with, we did have some problems during construction. Demolition workers almost removed the support beam to the house before my husband asked them to stop and check with contractor. Each time we brought a concern to the foreman, the answer was always the same, "What do you want me to do?" The answer was always the same, "I want you to fix it." This included: Kitchen cabinets that were installed 2 inches from the ceiling. Kitchen island was off center and was only fixed when my husband measured and showed them the discrepancy. The concrete pour for the gazebo was not framed correctly and needed a second pour of concrete. One corner is still not square. The joint between the pours is now cracking and the owner has stopped communicating. Concrete overflow was scattered in the far backyard and was never cleaned up. The gazebo walls were installed backwards. One door they installed has a huge gap and let in lots of cold winter air. They were unwilling to run an electric line to the kitchen island because they would have to drill into the concrete slab. No drop cloth was put down when they were drilling new holes in the ceiling for the HVAC vents. After about 10 months, the grout in the bathroom and kitchen was cracking. Glue from the tile dried on the outside of the tile and looked unsightly. The contractor gave us a one-year warranty, and some things were fixed, but they have stopped communicating.

Incompetence Unloaded (0 out of 5 stars)…read more The wife and I trusted these people to come into our home and do a professional job and it was a nightmare from day one. They overpromise and don't deliver. Communications were mediocre at best. We were preached to by someone who seems to think god takes more precedence on a job that they were hired for than the job itself. Furniture was moved and damaged and left out of place. Brand new wood stained floors were demolished. The wife's flowers were trampled outside around the house. Trash was left inside and outside. Equipment was left behind. New granite was chipped. The job was not prepped correctly, meaning sanding was not done in some areas, some areas were incompletely coated, runs all over the house. It's been a year and most of the doors are all peeling. New bathroom fixtures were painted over. Hand prints were left on ceilings. THEY PAINTED HEAVILY AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND CUT OUR POWER AND LEFT THE HOUSE KNOWING IT AND LEFT US WITH A MASSIVE FIRE HAZARD AND ELECTRICAL BILL. The craziest thing isn't that after all this the same owner had the audacity to try to silence us with a document if we signed away our right to publicly write reviews. When workmanship was questioned, it was met with nothing but aggressive behavior by one of the owners. Accusations were thrown at both myself and my wife for simply asking questions. The company does nothing but make excuses for poor workmanship if you can call it that. After lots of talk with many other companies it was noted that the main reason they stay in business is government contracts with schools. Maybe they are good people who just have a lot of internal problems to work out but with this much stress and damage done to our new home they should have paid us triple what we paid them. If you have a business and like your property damaged and poor work while throwing your money away, hire them. If you value your home and belongings NEVER allow them on your property at all.
