Bottom line up front they failed to communicate, were 2.25 hours late, and offered dismissive attitudes and excuses. Timeline: 2:00 pm - No movers, I decide to give them benefit of the doubt. Maybe they got caught in traffic. 2:15 - call them, they say they thought it was 3 pm, when I have email and text traffic saying it was 2 pm. They say they have a team on the way, ETA of 20 minutes. 3:00 - still no team. I call them and they say their previous job ran late and they have another team that should be there by 3:30. 3:40 - No team and no updates. I call the phone number listed and the owner basically says "yeah well this happens, whaddya want me to do about it" 3:45 - the team called and said they were "right around the corner" 4:15 - they finally call and say they are at the gate to the apartment. I dismissed them because by that point they were 2.25 hours late and I had already unloaded the whole shipment myself.

(Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality .
