I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.

I called about 8 mechanic to look at my 2004 C55000 Kodiak Shuttle Bus and Fleet Fix was the only shop that would even look at it. They charged $130/hr, which you're not going to find a fairer price in Nashville! The person running the shop, Tyson, was the one that put this place over the top! He treated us like family. He was super transparent about the work and answered every question I had. I came in thinking I had an exhaust manifold leak and he took one look at it and told me that it was missing the donut gasket that connected the manifold to the exhaust pipe. They worked super fast fixing my problem within less than an hour and helped me with fixing my mirror for free. If you're in Nashville or even an hour away from this place I would highly recommend, especially if you're in the nomad community.

He already knew where that dealership parked cars for service. He got the car in place and showed me a cute trick where he could unhook the car using just the platform. That's the sign of an experienced guy. I always hate dealing with tow truck companies, but since Eugene is his own man, he knows the value of service. I hope I don't need him again, but his number is going in my phone.

Posting this on yelp since my original review on google was deleted. This guy is the most inept man…read morein the greater Cumberland area. I left my keys a 10 minute drive away, which was my fault. He said he'd wait for an extra $20, or he could do it without the key for $50. We tried that, realized it couldn't happen without absolutely demolishing my front lip, then he said just go get the keys. I went to go get them, and as I'm pulling out of my driveway, he calls me and says "I got it on. I'll meet you at the shop." We get to the shop and he I found out he towed it with the parking brake on and attached the tow hooks to my LOWER CONTROL ARMS. My bumper is hanging off at this point. I ask him how he got it on and he said he just slid it right under and pulled it up using soap and water to lubricate the wheels. Are you kidding me? He also didn't bring any wooden boards despite me saying multiple times to bring them, which is why my bumper is now hanging off my car. He absolutely destroyed the front end of my AMG and then tried to say it was no damage. I am this close to taking legal action against them. Haven't even inspected the control arms or drivetrain yet. The picture I'm attaching should tell you everything you need to know. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY
