I entered this very clean and well organized office and was promptly greeted by an older woman who made me feel right at home. I informed her I was interested in getting a quote for my auto and home. The woman walked me over to another gal, Shirley, who politely introduced herself and was more than willing to put together some pricing for me upon my arrival. I thought, for sure, I would have to run home to get her some more info but with today's technology, I was able to pull up my current coverage right on my phone and give her some info so she could compare apples to apples. We went through our auto policies, my home owners policy and I let her give me a quote for life insurance, as well. Shirley and I found that we both use Yelp and started talking about different spots the other one needs to try. We had a nice meeting and she informed me they are collecting Toys for Tots in their office. That made me pretty happy to see! I left feeling like I knew a little more about my current policies as well as more knowledge about my insurance options than I ever knew before. Shirley answered all of my questions and explained things in a manner I could actually understand. They're quotes were better than what we're currently paying and after years of working with an insurance agent I have never even met in person, I definitely want to do business with this State Farm agent and his friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to making the change over, dealing with some incredibly nice people and meeting Scott in person. Check these guys out and ask for Shirley...she's awesome and knows her stuff!

HORRENDOUS!!! I wish I had read the reviews calling him a…read morescammer before we hired him. Our family had hired Greg to protest property taxes on our behalf annually. Then suddenly one year, he provided no notice, and simply forgot to protest our property taxes, so of course the taxes went up. Had he told us, we would have hired someone else or done it ourselves. (By the way, its not hard to protest your taxes, if you google it, you can do it yourself online. It just takes time.) Fast forward a year, Greg sends me a letter that he is putting a lien against my house unless I pay him for something that I don't believe I owe him for. If someone puts a lien against your house, you can lose your house. In my opinion, this is an abuse of his position as a lawyer. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and look into other options.

My recent experience with this branch hasn't been good. Their office hours aren't customer service…read morefriendly. They are already only available 9a-5p on Monday through Friday when most people are at work. I show up Saturday last week and they closed on that day. Seems that someone that was supposed to open the office didn't come to work that day. I come to the office today, and they are having a special meeting or event. I really am not enjoying my insurance experience and customers seem to not be able to speak to their staff.
