Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. Had a car issue between Columbus and Atlanta on I-185. Contacted Rhodes Automotive and in 15…read moreminutes they were there to look at our situation. It was a broken idler pulley and shredded serpentine belt on our E-350. I asked if they would tow to Atlanta. They said they could but suggested it may be better to let them fix it if they could get the parts. They called around and finally found the parts but it was too late in the day for delivery. The owner of the shop drove to Columbus to get the parts, had the car towed to his shop, replaced the pulley and the belt and sent us on our way.
