After explaining to her which one I wanted she insisted that it wasn't in stock online and ordered a different , more expensive item. When I looked online at home I found the product I wanted and it said in stock. I sucked it up and just waited for my package. When my package came in the mail it was the completely wrong item. Not even what she ordered. When I went back to the store to return it and get a refund, Shirley was very rude and not helpful. She had a horrible attitude and cut me off when I was just looking for help. She told me to call the 1 800 number because I had to return through them. When I called the number they told me it could be processed in the local store. I returned to this store and spoke with Shirley again. I tried explaining to her what the lady on the phone had told me and she got even more rude and disrespectful. I will not be shopping here again .

After finalizing…read moreall cabinetry and countertops, including vanities, I paid for half and the kitchen was installed. It is beautiful. I was called for the final payment. When I inquired why I would make a final payment before the job was complete, John started yelling that he didn't know anything about vanities. I was then told that the vanities were a separate price and they don't even install closets. I have an invoice listing all items and the agreed upon price. I also asked repeatedly before paying them if everything was included and was assured it was all included. John came to my home and offered to remove the cabinets and give back my deposit because there is no way I could have expected to get those things for the price although that's what they told me and listed on. the invoice and estimate. He also repeatedly said that I was trying to get over on them before admitting that the lady in the office f-ed up. Faye has sent more invoices offering me a discount on vanities, which were included in my original contract, and they are still listing those closets that they don't install. Seems as though they are promising things they have no intention of delivering to me again. THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU THE ESTIMATE YOU WANT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN TRY TO CHANGE THE TERMS AFTER THE FACT. THEY STILL OWE ME TWO VANITIES WITH COUNTERTOPS AND CLOSET SHELVING!! I could be wrong but I don't think this was the original business model the founder intended, I understand the majority of the items here are sourced from over-stock suppliers and meant to provide huge discounts but the "good stuff cheap" company statement couldn't be further from the truth at this particular location - I'd definitely avoid buying food stuff here no matter how cheap things are there is no way the inventory is rotated or managed in my opinion nothing is managed here, how this store remains open is a mystery to me this was definitely not a good experience, the photos posted by the business owner had to be taken when the store was originally set up before the grand opening and doesn't remotely represent what I witnessed today...
