After explaining to her which one I wanted she insisted that it wasn't in stock online and ordered a different , more expensive item. When I looked online at home I found the product I wanted and it said in stock. I sucked it up and just waited for my package. When my package came in the mail it was the completely wrong item. Not even what she ordered. When I went back to the store to return it and get a refund, Shirley was very rude and not helpful. She had a horrible attitude and cut me off when I was just looking for help. She told me to call the 1 800 number because I had to return through them. When I called the number they told me it could be processed in the local store. I returned to this store and spoke with Shirley again. I tried explaining to her what the lady on the phone had told me and she got even more rude and disrespectful. I will not be shopping here again .

We hired R & J Construction to remove our old tub surround and install hardi board, build a niche,…read morewaterproof, set tile, and grout. I told the owner that they had installed the shower handle in the wrong location. When they said they would have to charge us to fix their mistake, I asked why? We didn't cause the mistake. They did not ask where we wanted the handle to be located. After this, they packed up their tools and left. We begged them to finish the job. But I feel their feelings were hurt so they packed up their toys and went home. I even told them to leave the handle where it is. But they refused stating that I was difficult to please. I am paying them $1,300 to install the plumbing fixtures where I want them. They left us with no running water to our home as they broke a major plumbing piece. It was rusty, granted, but we had running water when they showed up. Now we have no running water and no where to bathe as this is our only bathroom. Other tile installers are 3 to 4 weeks out. It's hard to go without a working bath tub/shower for a month. Shame on these men who would leave a family like this. They claimed to be Christian men talking about how they attend church regularly. They didn't behave like Christian men in my opinion. They behaved like children. It would not recommend these men to do any work in anyone's home. For if you complain, they are likely to leave you like they left us. HIGH AND DRY!

I was looking for a specific item and after only a few minutes I knew that wasn't going to happen even if I had found members of the staff to assist me so I gave up after walking around aimlessly. I could be wrong but I don't think this was the original business model the founder intended, I understand the majority of the items here are sourced from over-stock suppliers and meant to provide huge discounts but the "good stuff cheap" company statement couldn't be further from the truth at this particular location - I'd definitely avoid buying food stuff here no matter how cheap things are there is no way the inventory is rotated or managed in my opinion nothing is managed here, how this store remains open is a mystery to me this was definitely not a good experience, the photos posted by the business owner had to be taken when the store was originally set up before the grand opening and doesn't remotely represent what I witnessed today...
