They said to me- (verbatim) "hopefully it's just oil" Absurd?! Does nothing scare them?! What kind of sorcery are they doing here? I don't know, but in 11 years they've never even blinked an eye at the superfluous amount of random drinks and food I've spilled on myself. I ended up moving far away, and I still drive almost an hour just to get my clothes done here because simply put- they are the best. We now have the freedom to buy what we want and actually wear it without the fear of ruining it. Whenever my husband spilsl something on himself, instead of panicking,, he looks at me and shrugs and says- " Well I guess we'll just Jim Jam it!"

I paid in cash and asked him for a receipt for the payment and he wouldn't give me a receipt. He said he had noted it down but couldn't provide me a receipt saying that I had paid in full. When I wrote 'Paid' on the receipt, he said, 'it doesn't mean anything'. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On another occasion, I think I accidentally first paid in cash and then paid using a debit card on another day for the same items. When I asked the guy at the register to check if I had paid twice for the same items, he said he could look at the recording from the camera to check if I had indeed paid in cash. When I asked to see the recording, he said he didn't have it. He further went onto argue with me and was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. If my review can effect a change in their customer service for the better, then I would consider it worth my time writing it. I went here 3 WEEKS before…read moremy wedding to get my dress taken in almost 3 sizes with very intricate lace work and the woman did an amazing job in that time frame and was able to make quick adjustments within 2 days before my wedding. They also squeezed in alterations for my sisters 3 days prior to the wedding. They are always honest about whether or not they think they can get a stain out and if it's worth paying to do so or not and I appreciate them for this! I am on my way to bring my dress and husbands suit back to be cleaned. Couldn't recommend more!
