Open 24 hours Great machines and dryers. $3.00 coins( no prepaid extra free special card here) old fashioned goodness and feeling. 25 cents for 10 minutes of hot drying. Bigger machines for bigger loads and comforters. Immaculate - I mean spotless. Goes for the fully stocked restroom too where the garbage is taken out every few hours and the supplies are always full. Ample carts and lots of room to get by. Abundance of tables to accommodate the oh the 7 of us just took our stuff out of the dryer just now. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. I paid in cash and asked him for a receipt for the payment and he wouldn't give me a receipt. He said he had noted it down but couldn't provide me a receipt saying that I had paid in full. When I wrote 'Paid' on the receipt, he said, 'it doesn't mean anything'. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On another occasion, I think I accidentally first paid in cash and then paid using a debit card on another day for the same items. When I asked the guy at the register to check if I had paid twice for the same items, he said he could look at the recording from the camera to check if I had indeed paid in cash. When I asked to see the recording, he said he didn't have it. He further went onto argue with me and was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. If my review can effect a change in their customer service for the better, then I would consider it worth my time writing it. I don't think they understand customer service or how to conduct a business. Please don't waste your time and money on them.
