He was very clear and precise up front about the cost of inspection and then costs for possible repairs, which depended upon what he and the scope discovered. He installed two clean outs, relined the 50+ year old cement sewer line, applied for permit and inspection, and was on site during inspection and promptly filled in the hole. Dan showed up the same day to take a look and walked us through what needed to be done. Everyone else I called said it'd be at least a week before they could get someone out. Not fun when you have the water off! The crew was on time, had the right equipment, and got everything dug up and replaced way faster than we expected.
