The bracket was set up at an angle and used short bolts mounted into drywall. I found KPR, called at 8pm, and the technician (Reyes?) was here at 9pm. He diagnosed the cause and then advised he would improve upon the bracket reinstallation with better bolts and into the ceiling beam. The rest of the door was serviced, and other problem areas were pointed out to me as well. Highly recommend KPR! Plus they are locally owned and available for 24/7 emergency work if needed.
