This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

It gave me 2 additional contractors since primary one failed to respond. Within minutes, I started chatting with Jay F from A+fforable on Yelp app. It took a little effort but really efficient to get it done. I guess it's called "Virtual Consultation" during Covid-19 pandemic. Within 2 hours, I got a quote and secured an appointment. I immediately contacted my insurance agent to start a claim. On my first day meeting Austin for damage assessment, he brought Wilmer to start water mitigation. Austin is the supervisor, as you already know from other reviews. He quickly setup dehumidifier, fan and heavy-duty HEPA air purifier. In the same week, they came back with another helper Juan to perform tear out and sprayed fungicide to kill molds and checking for additional damage. I want to share my experience based on my initial connection before this review gets too long. Next thing is to rebuild my room. Having to wait on my insurance claim approval. In this modern age, hard to find a reliable contractor and someone easy to get alone. I will use A+fforable to help me to get my life back to completion.

Called on a Friday late afternoon, had Jesus come that same day around 7pm and found the problem. And we agreed to start 3 days later after talking to them that whole weekend. Eileen is so sweet and answered all and any of my concerns. Jesus came out and inspected everything and was so great to work with. He as well answered anything I had questioned. You can tell they definitely care as well. I had moisture in my wall from a leak I had after some roofers installed a new roof for me. They had to open up everything under the window seal in two rooms. Looks like nothing was every cut open. I had extra paint so they were able to use that to paint everything. They texturized the wall as well. The garage they cut out the main part of the leak as well and just need to be repainted. But from start to finish, I'm extremely happy. The after pictures, the carpet just needs to be restretched, which they'll be coming to do in two days as well as cleaning it. So I can update with that as well. There was a third room but it just had a blower in it and the moisture was gone after 3 days. It was in the high 60-70s and dropped to like a 2 (not pictured) The main room had like a 99 reading and also dropped to a 2. Over all, again, super happy and definitely should give these guys a try!

We called over the weekend when we found their information and setup an appointment for a free appraisal the following Monday. We were given a window starting at 8 am and Louis showed up at 7:45! Within just a few minutes he confirmed it was in fact black mold and they would be able to help us. He described what the process would be like and provided a quote. We attempted to obtain a second quote, but never received a response back from the second company, which is fine because they wanted $200 just to come out! We called Dry More back Thursday and they were able to give us a Saturday appointment. His team of technicians were very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They had the sheet rock removed and everything cleaned and wiped down within 2 hours. They had to leave behind equipment to properly dry the area that needed to run for 24 hours but his tech offered to get approval to come back Sunday to pick everything up, even though they don't work on Sundays. I appreciate the quick response to our situation which could have been worse if we waited much longer to take care of it. I hope we won't get into another situation that will require this type of service, but if we do, I'm definitely giving Louis a call.
